OnePlus Technology India Private Limited. (“OnePlus”) with its registered address at

UB City, 6th Floor, Concorde Block Tower C, 24, Vittal Mallya Road Bengaluru, Karnataka 560001.

 

1. Campaign duration: 12 PM IST, 30 Oct 2025 to 7 PM IST, 13 Nov 2025.

 

2. You need to fulfill the following eligibility criteria to enter the Campaign:

 

1)  You should be an individual and legal resident of the Republic of India;

 

2)  You have a billing address within the territory of India;

 

3)  You should have a valid Pan Card;

 

4)  Should have registered on oneplus.in;

 

5)  You should be over 18 years of age;

 

3. Rules:

 

1)  Limited stock. First come, first served.

 

2)  Every user has only 1 chance to participate in the Bonus Drop.

 

3)  OnePlus Bonus Drop gift code can be redeemed along with OnePlus 15 only. It cannot be availed separately.

 

4)  If you have used any benefits from the OnePlus Bonus Drop, you will not be eligible for a refund.

 

5)  OnePlus Bonus Drop purchases are non-transferable & cannot be exchanged for cash at any time

 

6)  Each user can purchase the OnePlus Bonus Drop at a price of Rs.249, and the participants can purchase when OnePlus Bonus Drop is available.

OnePlus Bonus Drop purchases are refundable and can be canceled post payment. Additionally, any benefits obtained through the Bonus Drop, such as coupons cannot be exchanged for cash at any time & are non-transferable. If you have used any benefits from the OnePlus Bonus Drop, you will not be eligible for a refund.

b. 1 × Two Year Battery Protection Plan (Worth ₹999)

 

The gifts can be redeemed only along with the purchase of the OnePlus 15 on oneplus.in or the OnePlus store app during the gift code validity period. Be sure the relevant gift code was selected on "Gift Code" section so that the free gift was applied on your device payment at no additional cost. The gift is available in limited stock and served on a 'first-come, first-served' basis. If one of the gifts has been out of stock, the Gift Code cannot be redeemed. The coupon expires at 12:00 AM on December 16, 2025. If the coupon remains unused, a refund will be automatically processed for you from 12:00 AM on December 31, 2025.

 

To request a refund: Go to Account > Orders. Select the relevant order to view its details and submit your service request to apply for refund.

 

Additional terms

 

1)  By participating in this campaign, you acknowledge and agree that OnePlus may process your login information, including your phone number or email address, only for the purpose of the campaign. This processing may include contacting you via App pushe, SMS, WhatsApp, phone call, or email if necessary for the administration of the campaign. 2)  If any provision of these T&Cs is or becomes invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. An invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that is legally possible and comes as close as possible to the invalid provision in terms of content. The same applies to any loopholes.

3)  OnePlus is entitled to exclude participants from this Campaign who violate these T&Cs, provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information, use unfair means, and/or try to manipulate the election result. In addition, participation in the Campaign via dubious, fake accounts is not permitted. If there is a reason for exclusion, OnePlus is entitled to withdraw the awards, reclaim the awards that have already been handed out, or demand compensation for the value.

4)  OnePlus is entitled to early end or postpone the Campaign. This applies in particular to cases of force majeure and if proper execution of the Campaign cannot be guaranteed for technical and/or legal reasons. OnePlus reserves the right to vary the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign without assigning any reason and any prior notice

5)  To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall OnePlus, including its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, or representatives, be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising out of or in connection with this campaign, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not OnePlus has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6)  Only 1 gift code can be used per order

7)  Each user may only use one account to participate in the event. Any user account that matches the same OnePlus account, WhatsApp number, phone number, ID card, or mobile device will be considered the same user. If it is found that the same user has participated in this event using different accounts, OnePlus reserves the right to disqualify that user from winning any prizes.

8)  During the event, any user who participates through fraudulent or malicious means (including but not limited to cheating, malicious exploitation, reputation manipulation, fake transactions, system disruption, cyberattacks, or any user participating in the event using IoT cards or unregistered cards, or any users registered with numbers identified by platforms or third parties as associated with black-market hoarding, scams, or abnormal phone number segments, etc.) may be terminated from the event, and their eligibility to win prizes will be canceled. If a prize has already been distributed, OnePlus reserves the right to reclaim it. If any losses are incurred by OnePlus or a third party, OnePlus Store reserves the right to seek compensation from the user.

9)  In the case of any dispute regarding winning, the final decision will be based on the statistical results from the store's backend.

10)  To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall OnePlus, including its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, or representatives, be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising out of or in connection with this campaign, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not OnePlus has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

MISCELLANEOUS

 

The coupon/benefit is governed by the laws of the Republic of India. No requests for transfer or assignment or redemption of the benefits shall be entertained. You agree that all our decisions related to the coupon are final and binding on you. Failure by OnePlus to enforce any of these T&Cs in any instance shall not be deemed to be a waiver of the T&Cs and shall not give rise to any claim by any person. The decision of OnePlus shall at all times be binding and final. These T&Cs are subject to Indian laws and the courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any disputes or any matter arising here from.

 

FORCE MAJEURE

 

This Campaign is subject to force majeure circumstances including without limitation, floods, natural disasters, epidemic, pandemic, war, act of terror, political unrests, technical snags, act of God or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of OnePlus, including any governmental rules/regulations (\"Force Majeure Event\"). OnePlus shall be not liable for any delay or adverse effect caused to the participants in the Campaign including the winners as a result of a Force Majeure Event.

 

PUBLICITY RELEASE

 

By accepting this Campaign , you give OnePlus and/or its affiliates permission to use your name, likeness, image, voice, and/or appearance as such may be embodied in any pictures, photos, video recordings, audiotapes, digital images, and the like, taken or made in relation to the Campaign and any promotions, events, or campaign to follow. OnePlus shall use and take care of any personal information you supply to it as described in its privacy policy, a copy of which can be seen here https://www.oneplus.in/legal/privacy-policy that OnePlus and/ or its affiliates have the right to publish your saved item details for any communication, promotions, events, or campaign that follow. You agree that OnePlus and/ or its affiliates have complete ownership of such pictures, etc., including the entire copyright, and may use them for any purpose. These uses include, but are not limited to illustrations, bulletins, exhibitions, videotapes, reprints, reproductions, publications, advertisements, and any promotional or educational materials in any medium now known or later developed, including the internet. You acknowledge that you will not receive any compensation, etc. for the use of such pictures, etc., and hereby release OnePlus and/ or its affiliates and its agents and assigns from any and all claims which arise out of or are in any way connected with such use. You give your consent to OnePlus and/or its affiliates, agents and assigns to use your name and likeness to promote the campaign and any promotions, events, or campaign to follow.

 

LIABILITY RELEASE

 

OnePlus accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of using the coupon or benefit of this campaign or accepting the prize. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude the liability of OnePlus for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence. Please read the terms and conditions mentioned carefully. Non-reading or not knowing any of the clauses will not absolve of any liability incurred.

n no event shall OnePlus, including its officers, directors, and employees, be liable to you, or any third party, for any special, indirect, consequential losses, including but not limited to, damages for loss of use, loss of time, inconvenience, commercial loss, lost profits, lost business opportunities.

 

Fraudulent Participation

 

Each participant is permitted to enter the Contest only once using a single, valid OnePlus account. The use of multiple accounts, fake identities, temporary email addresses, or any other means to manipulate or increase the chances of winning is strictly prohibited. OnePlus reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be engaging in such activities at any stage of the Contest, without prior notice. Disqualified entries will be considered void, and any prizes awarded may be revoked or withheld. Any suspected fraudulent activity will result in the participant being permanently banned from future campaigns, contests, or promotional activities hosted by OnePlus.

 

State-Specific Restrictions

 

This Contest is not valid in the state of Tamil Nadu, and may be subject to additional legal restrictions in the states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Participants from these states are advised to verify the legality of their participation under local laws. OnePlus reserves the right to disqualify entries from jurisdictions where the Contest is prohibited or restricted.
