OnePlus Technology India Private Limited. (“OnePlus”) with its registered address at
UB City, 6th Floor, Concorde Block Tower C, 24, Vittal Mallya Road Bengaluru, Karnataka 560001.
1. Campaign duration: 6:30 PM IST, 2 December 2024 to 5:00 PM IST, 6 January 2025
2. You need to fulfill the following eligibility criteria to enter the Campaign:
1) You should be an individual and legal resident of the Republic of India;
2) You have a billing address within the territory of India;
3) You should have a valid Pan Card;
4) Should have registered on oneplus.in;
5) You should be over 18 years of age;
6) Should have completed the “Notify Me” on the following page: https://www.oneplus.in/launch/13
3. Rules:
1) Every user has 1 chance to participate.
2) Participants need to click on "Notify Me" on the following page: https://www.oneplus.in/launch/13 in India region.
3) After completing “Notify Me”, the account will be automatically recognized as eligible for purchase the OnePlus Bonus Drop at a price of Rs.11, and the Participants can purchase when OnePlus Bonus Drop is available.
4) OnePlus Bonus Drop is limited to 3000 pieces with first come, first serve.
a. First batch: 1000 pieces, release time: 6:30pm IST, Dec 18 2024.
b. Second batch: 1000 pieces, release time: 4:30pm IST, Jan 2 2025.
c. Third batch: 1000 pieces, release time: 4:30pm IST, Jan 6 2025.
5) OnePlus Bonus Drop purchases are non-refundable and cannot be canceled. Additionally, any benefits obtained through the Bonus Drop, such as coupons and redcoins, cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded at any time.
- What's in the OnePlus Bonus Drop?
a. A free gift redemption coupon for gift bundle: 1 OnePlus Never Settle Cap (worth ₹999), 1 OnePlus Travel Tech Pouch (worth ₹899) and 1 OnePlus Insulated Coffee Travel Tumbler (worth ₹1,299).
The coupon will be credited to your OnePlus account upon successfully purchasing the OnePlus Bonus Drop. Please note that these gifts can only be redeemed with your next order of OnePlus 13 Series. And the coupon expires at 11:59:59 PM on February 15, 2025.
b. 500 RedCoins. This will be instantly credited to your OnePlus Account upon successfully purchasing OnePlus Bonus Drop.
- Additional terms
1) For the purpose of this campaign, we may process your account information (including phone number and email address), payment information. By entering this campaign, you are expressly consenting to the processing of your personal information and being contacted by OnePlus via email for the purpose of the campaign. For other information, please refer to our Privacy Policy at https://www.oneplus.in/legal/privacy-policy.
2) If any provision of these T&Cs is or becomes invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. An invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that is legally possible and comes as close as possible to the invalid provision in terms of content. The same applies to any loopholes.
3) OnePlus is entitled to exclude participants from this Campaign who violate these T&Cs, provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information, use unfair means, and/or try to manipulate the election result. In addition, participation in the Campaign via dubious, fake accounts is not permitted. If there is a reason for exclusion, OnePlus is entitled to withdraw the awards, reclaim the awards that have already been handed out, or demand compensation for the value.
4) OnePlus is entitled to early end or postpone the Campaign. This applies in particular to cases of force majeure and if proper execution of the Campaign cannot be guaranteed for technical and/or legal reasons. OnePlus reserves the right to vary the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign with reasonable justification.
