Rules:

1. Every user has one chance to participate and win. Once you get 'Notified', you will become a participant in the 'More Notify Me More Rewards Contest'.Users can only sign up for 'Notify Me' once. As more people join, we'll hit milestones. Each milestone hit earns every registered user an lottery entry. Users are limited to one win.

 

2. You can participate in the contest from 6:30 PM IST, Oct 17th to launch day, 2025 (inclusive).

 

3. There are 4 milestones for Notify Me (80K, 160K, 240K and 320K). When each milestone is hit, different prize list will get unlocked and a new round of contest will start for all Notify Me users by the time. That is to say, users who hit 'Notify Me' earlier tend to have more chances to join the contest.

 

4. Participants who click on "Notify Me" during the “OnePlus 15 Launch Event More Notify Me More Rewards Contest” period have a chance to win one prize from the following:

- 1st milestone (the number of Notify Me reaches 80K)：1*OnePlus 15

- 2nd milestone (the number of Notify Me reaches 160K): 1*OnePlus 15/ 1*OnePlus Buds Pro 3

- 3rd milestone (the number of Notify Me reaches 240K)：2*OnePlus 15/ 1* OnePlus Buds Pro 3

- 4th milestone (the number of Notify Me reaches 320K)：2*OnePlus 15/ 1* OnePlus Buds Pro 3/ 1*OnePlus Pad Lite

 

5. After each Notify Me milestone is reached, winners will be randomly selected from all eligible participants during the contest period.

 

6. The prizes will be issued as Gift Coupons to winners’ OnePlus accounts directly after winners are selected and can be seen in the ‘My Coupon’ section.

8. Terms and Conditions: The Contest is live from 6:30 PM IST on October 17th , in the Indian region.

Eligibility: You need to fulfill the following eligibility criteria to enter the Contest:

 

(a) You should be an individual and a legal resident of the Republic of India (other than Andhra, Telegana and Tamil nadu);

(b) You should have a billing address within the territory of India as specified in (a);

(c) You should have a valid PAN Card;

(d) You should have registered on oneplus.in;

Details of the Contest:

 

a) This contest is named “OnePlus 15 Launch Event More Notify Me More Rewards Contest”.

 

b) Eligible users who meet the above criteria can participate in the contest.

 

c) Participants who click on "Notify Me" during the “OnePlus 15 Launch Event More Notify Me More Rewards Contest” period have a chance to win one prize from the following:

 

6*OnePlus 15, 3*OnePlus Buds Pro 3,  1*OnePlus Pad Lite

 

d) The Contest will be hosted on OnePlus.in and the OnePlus Store App as per the timeline mentioned above, i.e., 6:30 PM IST on Oct 17th to OnePlus 15 launch date (will be announced soon) in the Indian region.

 

e) By participating in this contest, you acknowledge and agree that OnePlus may process your login information, including your phone number or email address, only for the purpose of the contest. This processing may include contacting you via SMS, WhatsApp, phone call, or email if necessary for the administration of the contest. For more detailed information on how OnePlus handles your personal data, please refer to the Privacy Policy available at https://www.oneplus.com/legal/privacy-policy.

 

f) Participants who are selected but do not meet the eligibility criteria or comply with the rules will automatically forfeit their prize.

 

Reward: On winning, a free coupon will be sent to the winners’ OnePlus accounts directly and can be seen in the ‘My Coupon’ section. Each coupon can only be used once. Each of the ten (10) winners will receive a redemption code for OnePlus New Products. The code will be valid for 60 days after receipt. Selected participants will automatically lose their claim to the prize if they do not meet the eligibility criteria or do not comply with these T&Cs.

 

Additional Terms: Every Prize will be awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). There are no cash or other prize alternatives available in whole or in part. However, in circumstances beyond our control, we may substitute a similar alternative prize of equal or greater value at our sole discretion. If a selected participant rejects the prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the selected participant's prize will be forfeited and OnePlus shall be entitled to select another participant.

 

We may, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and at our sole discretion, amend the T&Cs or cancel the Contest at any time, or modify, terminate, or suspend the Contest should viruses, worms, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes beyond our control corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the contest or submission of entries. We are not responsible for: (a) lost, misdirected, late, incomplete, or unintelligible entries or for inaccurate entry information, whether caused by you or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the contest, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries; (b) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the contest; (c) any error in the operation or transmission, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries, or for technical, network, telephone, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive any entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website; or (d) injury or damage to your or any other computer or mobile resulting from downloading any materials in connection with the contest. We may, at our sole discretion, disqualify any individual found to be: (a) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the contest or website or mobile application; (b) acting in violation of these T&Cs; or (c) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. If your entry is incomplete or if you use robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry methods, your entry will be void. No benefits greater than those described in these T&Cs will be awarded.

 

Miscellaneous: The Contest is governed by the laws of the Republic of India. No requests for transfer, assignment, or redemption of the benefits shall be entertained. You agree that all our decisions related to the contest are final and binding on you. Failure by OnePlus to enforce any of these T&Cs in any instance shall not be deemed to be a waiver of the T&Cs and shall not give rise to any claim by any person. The decision of OnePlus shall at all times be binding and final. These T&Cs are subject to Indian laws, and the courts at Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any disputes or any matter arising here from.

 

Force Majeure: This Contest is subject to force majeure circumstances including, without limitation, floods, natural disasters, war, acts of terror, political unrest, technical snags, acts of God, or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of OnePlus ("Force Majeure Event"). OnePlus shall not be liable for any delay or adverse effect caused to the participants in the Contest, including the winners, as a result of a Force Majeure Event.

 

Publicity Release: By accepting the Contest, you give OnePlus and/or its affiliates permission to use your name, likeness, image, voice, and/or appearance as such may be embodied in any pictures, photos, video recordings, audiotapes, digital images, and the like, taken or made in relation to the Contest and any promotions, events, or contests to follow. OnePlus shall use and take care of any personal information you supply to it as described in its privacy policy, a copy of which can be seen here https://www.oneplus.in/legal/privacy-policy. You agree that OnePlus and/or its affiliates have the right to publish your details for any communication, promotions, events, or contests that follow. You agree that OnePlus and/or its affiliates have complete ownership of such pictures, etc., including the entire copyright, and may use them for reasonable purposes. These uses include, but are not limited to, illustrations, bulletins, exhibitions, videotapes, reprints, reproductions, publications, advertisements, and any promotional or educational materials in any medium now known or later developed, including the internet. You acknowledge that you will not receive any compensation for the use of such pictures, etc., and hereby release OnePlus and/or its affiliates, agents, and assigns from any and all claims which arise out of or are in any way connected with such use. You give your consent to OnePlus and/or its affiliates, agents, and assigns to use your name and likeness to promote the contest and any promotions, events, or contests to follow.

 

Liability Release: OnePlus accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the contest or accepting the prize. Please read the terms and conditions carefully. Non reading or not knowing any of the clauses will not absolve of any liability incurred. In no event shall OnePlus, including its officers, directors, and employees, be liable to you, or any third party, for any special, indirect, consequential losses, including but not limited to, damages for loss of use, loss of time, inconvenience, commercial loss, lost profits, lost business opportunities.

 

Fraudulent Participation: Each participant is permitted to enter the Contest only once using a single, valid OnePlus account. The use of multiple accounts, fake identities, temporary email addresses, or any other means to manipulate or increase the chances of winning is strictly prohibited.

 

OnePlus reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be engaging in such activities at any stage of the Contest, without prior notice. Disqualified entries will be considered void, and any prizes awarded may be revoked or withheld. Any suspected fraudulent activity will result in the participant being permanently banned from future campaigns, contests, or promotional activities hosted by OnePlus.

 

State-Specific Restrictions: This Contest is not valid in the state of Tamil Nadu, and may be subject to additional legal restrictions in the states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Participants from these states are advised to verify the legality of their participation under local laws. OnePlus reserves the right to disqualify entries from jurisdictions where the Contest is prohibited or restricted.
