It is a protection plan, which allows users to enjoy a new replacement within the 180 - day effective period from the day when you purchased it, if your device has a hardware defect.

Please go to the authenticity and warranty check page on OnePlus official website (https://service.oneplus.com/in) to check the IMEI of your OnePlus 13/13R. It will show your bound 180 days replacement service if you have already got it.
If your OnePlus 13/OnePlus 13R has a hardware quality issue and still within the effective 180-day replacement period from the purchase date, you can go to our OnePlus Exclusive/Authorized Service Center to take the replacement inspection. Kindly bring your model package box with all accessories inside.
If it complies with the OnePlus Warranty Policy, you can replace your handset with a new one for free once. If it doesn’t meet our warranty policy, then your replacement will be rejected. Repair service for your handset may be provided.
