OnePlus 13 Series: Complimentary Airport Lounge Program

1.  Customers purchasing the OnePlus 13 series are eligible to claim complimentary airport lounge access across select domestic lounges within India (list enclosed below)  
2. OnePlus 13 customers can enjoy up to 2 complimentary lounge access vouchers and OnePlus 13R customers can enjoy 1 complimentary access voucher as a part of the Complimentary Airport Lounge program by OnePlus.
3. To claim the benefit, eligible customers need to enroll into the OnePlus Red Cable Club Membership and link their device (OnePlus 13 or 13R) with the membership program through device Settings. Once the device is linked, the access vouchers can be claimed in the ‘Benefits’ section in Red Cable Club page.
4. The access will be provided upon presentation of the voucher (issued by DreamFolks) to the lounge counter agent. Access to the lounge would be given upon successful authorization on the electronic terminals placed at the lounges. Only 1 entry per voucher will be permitted in a visit.
5. The voucher contains a QR code which must be scanned at the lounge terminal (managed by DreamFolks) to access the lounge.
6. The offer (voucher issuance) is valid for a limited period only. Customers shall be responsible for checking their eligibility at the point of device purchase.
7. Access vouchers are for single time use only. In case the voucher is lost or stolen, OnePlus is not liable to issue a new voucher.
8. Vouchers are valid till 31st Dec 2025 only and once expired, the vouchers cannot be reactivated or reinstated.
9. In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer, OnePlus reserves the right to deny the offer to the customers.
10. The decision of OnePlus shall at all times be binding and final. These T&Cs are subject to Indian laws and the courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any disputes or any matter arising here from.

Terms and Conditions

1. The program has been extended in partnership with DreamFolks and is applicable at select Lounges in India to eligible customers holding a OnePlus 13/13R. As a standard process, all usage of the Participating Airport Lounges under the Program is conditional upon presentation of OnePlus 13/13R device, valid access voucher and a valid air ticket or boarding pass for travel on the same or next day, at the entrance of the Participating Lounges.
2. The access to the lounge will be available on a first-come-first-serve basis and some lounges may operate only with takeaway option with limited/ no seating - this is to adhere with health protocols. Access to/ usage of service(s) may be subject to terms/ conditions/ restrictions imposed by the lounge and/ or governing authorities from time-to-time, which are required to be followed and adhered to.
3. Participating lounges reserve the right to enforce a maximum stay policy (usually 2 or 3 hours). This is at the discretion of the individual lounge operator, and it may impose a charge for extended stays, which is to be borne directly by the Customer (if applicable).
4. Before extending the lounges access, customer might be asked to present his Govt. issued ID Card, and name of Customer on the Voucher / Govt. ID card will be matched with the name on the boarding pass / ticket to ensure access is being availed by the entitled device owner / voucher holder only. The service is only available for intended Customer and is non-transferable.
5. The provision of free food/ drinks (whether alcoholic, or others) - if applicable as part of service, subject to wherever local law permits, is at the discretion of each participating lounge operator and in some cases may be limited. In the event Customer avails any additional services (which are not included within the standard offering) the Customer is responsible to make prior inquiries before avail any such services, and shall be responsible for directly paying the charges, if any, to the operator.
6. Each lounge follows certain food offerings, and child-related policy, Customer is responsible to make prior inquiries in this respect with the lounge, before entry.
7. The program can be modified, amended, changed or revoked anytime by OnePlus without prior intimation. The program is applicable in select lounges in India, this list of lounges is subject to change from time to time.
8. Lounge staff has the right to terminate the Customer’s visit early, or to refuse entry to a Customer, who is either intoxicated or behaving in a disorderly fashion, or is otherwise in violation of the terms and conditions of the lounge conditions or any statutory, regulatory terms or airport authorities’ policy, including but not limited to health and/ or safety policies, and/ or fire and/ or safety regulations.
9. By booking/ availing the Service, it is deemed that the Service receiver and/ or Customer has, before availing the Service read, understood, and agreed to be bound by, without limitation and/ or qualification, all terms and conditions associated with the Service.
10. OnePlus or Dreamfolks assumes no responsibility in case a particular lounge operator shuts down the lounge(s) due to lease not getting renewed or for any such reason beyond the purview OnePlus or Dreamfolks.
11. Customers are not bound in any manner to avail the offer. Any participation by the Customer shall be voluntary and the terms and conditions of the Lounge program shall be binding on the customers.
12. OnePlus/DreamFolks cannot guarantee Lounge access and Lounges will only be accessible during the Operational Hours. Access will be at the complete discretion of the Lounge Operator. Access may be restricted or refused if (amongst other things): (i) the Lounge is at or near full capacity; (ii) there are flight delays; (iii) the Lounge Client(s) is not sober or is likely to upset other users in the Lounge; or (iv) there are other reasonable and valid reasons unknown to OnePlus/DreamFolks.
13. OnePlus shall not be held responsible under any circumstances for any disputes that may occur in, or in relation to the usage of, a Participating Airport Lounge, including without limitation, between the Eligible Customer and another guest, airport user, or Participating Airport Lounge operator staff/representatives.
14. For any transaction(s) done directly between the Customer(s) and any outlet operator/ service provider/ third-party, OnePlus and DreamFolks shall not be responsible in any manner, including without limitation matter relating to payment and/ or service dispute etc.

16. OnePlus shall not be held liable or accountable for any inconvenience, loss, or damage (including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages) arising from or related to the Customer’s participation in this offer, including, without limitation, any delays, errors, malfunctions, or failures associated with the offer.
17. By accepting or redeeming this offer, Customers expressly waive and release any claims against OnePlus for any inconvenience, loss, or damage that may result from their participation in the offer, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
