Guarantee service Details
During the Service Validity Period , if your battery capacity falls below 80%, you are entitled to one complimentary battery replacement.

Applicable model
All Indian variant OnePlus 13s which was bought in India market no later than 30th of June 2025 and claimed this service no later than 14th of July 2025;

Claim Time Range：
2025.6.5 14:30-2025.7.14 23:59

Service Validity Period
This service becomes effective at 12:00 AM on the day of collection and terminates at 11:59 PM on the same date three years later.

Number of services
During the Service Validity Period, this service can be utilized a single time.

Battery Protection Plan Usage
1. Contact our hotline at 1-800-102-8411 (available 9 am - 9 pm, Monday through Sunday).
2. Provide battery or device-related information.
3. Upon approval, schedule a pick-up for your device.
4. Your device will be replaced with a new battery at an authorized service center and returned to you.


T&C
1. During the Service Validity Period, if your device's battery capacity falls below 80% and shows no signs of external damage such as damage caused by water ingress, accidental drops, etc. we offer a complimentary battery replacement service.

2.If the IMEI code on your device is missing or damaged, we won't be able to verify its eligibility for the original warranty service. Consequently, the Battery Protection Plan cannot be applied in such cases.

3.This service is not applicable if your device has been serviced or replaced by unauthorized third parties.

4.Any defective parts replaced during this service will be reclaimed by our Service Centers.
