How to claim in case of a damage?
1、Raise a request in the OnePlus Care App or contact OnePlus Support.
2、Answer a few questions on the incident.
3、On approval, schedule a pick-up of damaged device.
4、Device will be repaired at an authorized service center and sent back to you. -
How much do I need to pay?
If the damage repair is covered under the plan (subject to fulfillment of all mandatory conditions), you only pay:
1、For OnePlus 7T series or previous models, you will be charged for Rs.750 or Rs.1,000 for the respective Protection Plan towards mandatory access fee for the repair.
2、For OnePlus 8/Nord/8T/9 series, you don’t need to pay anything when requesting for the repair;
3、Any other charges not covered under the plan, the charges would be notified to you before repair.

How long will it take?
The complete process takes about 7 days (subject to parts availability) from the time you submit all the documents.
