How to claim in case of a damage?
1、Call our hotline 1800 102 8411(9 am - 9 pm, Mon to Sun) or go to OnePlus Service center.
2、Answer a few questions on the incident.
3、On approval, schedule a pick-up of damaged device.
4、Device will be repaired at an authorized service center and sent back to you.
How much do I need to pay?
If the damage repair is covered under the plan(subject to fulfillment of all mandatory conditions)you only pay
1、Customer must pay for the service charges of 499 when claiming for repair using the purchased plan.
2、Any other charges not covered under the plan, the charges would be notified to you before repair.
How long will it take?
The complete process takes about 7 days (subject to parts availability) from the time you submit all the documents.
