How to when flickering screen/snow screen

Pre-Check

1. Check if it  occurs  while using any specific app or in a specific  location

2. Check if this is happening while using any specifc color videos

 

Troubleshooting Steps

1. Check if the performance is the same while in Safe mode

Press & hold power & volume up button >> Power Off >> tap and hold restart option >> Ok to enter safe mode

2. Check if the device has any System update

Settings >> System >> System Update >> If yes, update the device

3. Perform factory data reset

Settings >> System >> Reset >> Erase all data

4. If the issue persists, direct to visit the service centre for additonal help
