Terms and Conditions

1. DEFINITIONS

• “Alliance Partner” shall mean OnePlus, who has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank for purpose of providing the Offer.
• "Card" shall mean Credit card (VISA/ Mastercard/ Amex) or Debit card (VISA/Electron/Maestro), which has been issued by ICICI Bank and is valid and subsisting during the Program/Offer Period.
• "Card Holder/s" shall mean such customer/s to whom a Card has been issued and who is authorized to hold the Card.
• "Instant EMI" refers to the conversion into EMI upon request by the Cardholder, of the transactions performed using the Card on EDC (Electronic Data Capture) terminal installed at participating stores or payment gateway of online merchant/s.
• “Offer” shall mean such discount(s) /benefit(s) provided by the Alliance Partner on purchase of Products/Services using ICICI Bank, during the Offer Period on the Website.
• “Program/Offer Period” shall mean the period commencing from 1^st January to 31^st January 2025 (for Mobiles and IOT Products) both days inclusive.
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to the Card in addition to these Terms and Conditions. “.
• “Products/Services” shall mean the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.
• “Website” shall mean the following website of the Alliance Partner oneplus.in.
• “Void Transaction” shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been cancelled /rejected /unsuccessful by the Alliance Partner.

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms (“Terms”) shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

III. TERMS PRESCRIBED BY THE ALLIANCE PARTNER ( EC channels)

• Offer can be availed on maximum 1 Transaction/Card/Channel/Category during the Offer Period.
• Above Offer is not applicable on Amazon Pay ICICI Bank Credit Card (431581)
• Offer applicable only on one product per invoice.
• The offer is not applicable to transactions made through any other payment mode.
• The offer is not valid on ICICI Bank ICICI Bank Corporate Card and ICICI Bank Business Card.
• The offer is not valid on Debit Card Full Swipe Payment Mode.
• The offer is not valid on Card on Delivery transactions at OnePlus.in
• In case of any dispute or queries related to the offer on OnePlus.in or OnePlus retail stores, Card members can reach out to OnePlus’s customer care team at 1800 102 8411 within 20 days of the transaction.
• The offer is not applicable on cancelled/returned orders.

• Offer is available on select stores only: - Experience Stores, Authorized Stores, Kiosk and Mall Pop-ups (collectively, "OnePlus Mainline Stores")
• For OnePlus Mainline Stores and Third-Party Mainline Stores, the offer is also valid on EMI transactions opted for at the time of transaction and done on Pine Labs and Paytm swipe machines only.
• Offer can be availed on maximum 1 transaction/Card/Channel/Category during the Offer Period.
• Offer is not valid on ICICI Bank ICICI Bank Corporate Card and ICICI Bank Business Card
• Offers at participating stores will be applicable on transactions done under Brand EMI scheme on Pinelabs and Paytm EDC machine.
• The offer is not valid on Card on Delivery transactions.

• The participation in the offer is entirely voluntary and it is understood that the participation by the Cardholder/s shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.
• Terms and Conditions of ICICI Bank and third parties apply. ICICI Bank makes no representation about the quality, delivery, usefulness or otherwise of the goods/services offered by the third party. Nothing contained herein shall constitute or be deemed to constitute an advice, invitation or solicitation to purchase any products/ services of ICICI Bank / third party.
• Images used in all the communications pertaining to the Offer are for representation purpose only.

• If the Cardholder/s ceases to be Cardholder/s at any time during the subsistence of the Offer, all the benefits under the Offer shall lapse and shall not be available to the Cardholder/s.
• All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai.
• All communication / notices with regard to this Program should be addressed to "ICICI Bank Ltd., ICICI Bank Phone Banking Group, P. O. Box No. 20, Banjara Hills, P. O. Hyderabad - 500034".
• Alternatively, customer can also contact ICICI Bank’s Phone banking unit / Relationship manager/Customer service manager.
• In all matters relating to the Offer, the decision of ICICI Bank shall be final and binding in all respects.
• These Terms and Conditions shall be in addition to and not in substitution / derogation to the Primary Terms and Conditions governing the Credit & Debit Cards. All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings ascribed to it in the Primary Terms and Conditions.
• ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services offered by the merchant. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods and services must be resolved by the Cardholder/s with the merchant directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services availed of by the Card holder/s under the offer.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify any merchant or Cardholder/s from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer.
• ICICI Bank does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness and/ or character of the discount/ benefit or of the Products/Services under the Offer provided by the Alliance Partner.
• The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and/or on products/services for which such offers cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever.
• OnePlus disclaims any/all claims or liabilities with respect to the above mentioned offer. Under no circumstances shall OnePlus and/or its affiliates &/or their directors, employees, agents or officers be held responsible for any part of these offers. Offers are subject to change without prior notice.

• All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the benefits accruing under the Offer shall be borne solely by the Cardholder/s and ICICI Bank will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any such taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues.

January Offer Terms:

Terms and Conditions prescribed by RBL Bank

1. This Offer is available only for individual Cardmembers and not Corporate Cardmembers.
2. This Offer is only available to Cardmember(s) who do not have any outstanding amount payable under the Card for more than 30 days.
3. RBL Bank does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the discount / benefit or of the Products/Services under the Offer.
4. Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the Cardmember due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of the Cardmember. Tax deducted at source, if any, on the monetary value of the Offer shall be payable by the Cardmember.
5. All issues / queries / complaints / grievances relating to the Offer, if any, shall be addressed to Alliance Partner directly; without any reference to RBL Bank.
6. The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the Offer shall not constitute a claim against the RBL Bank and shall be addressed directly by Alliance partner.
7. RBL Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Card Member from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
8. RBL Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the Product and Services or the assured gifts / prizes.
9. RBL Bank and Alliance Partner reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether. 
10. Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offers that may be available to the Cardmember by the Alliance Partner and RBL Bank and the Offer  is not transferable.
11. The Offer is not valid and applicable for Void Transaction.
12. The Cardmember indemnifies RBL Bank from and against all actions, suits, claims, liabilities and proceedings due to or arising out of any or all disputes between the Cardmember and OEM by reason of RBL Bank acting in good faith and bonafide belief and for any loss, damages incurred by Cardmember on account of the following reasons:

1. deficiency in quality or delivery of product or service.
2. non – delivery of product or services by OEM or third parties.
3. for any causes due to force majeure such as earthquake, flood, fire and other natural calamities or circumstances beyond the control of RBL Bank or  merchant or OEM, their  agents or third party service providers.

1. RBL Bank will not be responsible for any deficiency in products and services provided by the Alliance Partner.
2. This Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations which are in existence and which may be promulgated anytime by any statutory authority.
3. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of India and any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai & RBL Bank reserves the right to add, alter, modify, change or vary any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar or not, or to withdraw it altogether at any point in time, without any prior notice.
4. The above Offer is by way of a special offer for Cardmembers and nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of the card member agreement. The terms of the above schemes shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms contained in the Card member agreement.

• Offer is applicable only on CC FS and CC EMI Transactions as per the above table.
• The offer is not applicable on transactions done through any other payment mode than the above-mentioned modes.
• Offer can be availed on maximum 1 transaction/Card/Channel/Category during the Offer Period.
• Offer applicable only on one product per invoice.
