• The EMI facility is being offered by the respective banks to the customer and OnePlus Technology India Private Limited has no role to play in the approval, extension, pricing, modification, pre-closure, closure or any matter incidental thereto pertaining to offering of EMI facility, which is decided at the sole discretion of the bank.

• The EMI facility being offered by the banks to the customers is governed by respective terms and conditions of each bank/issuer and the customer is advised to approach the bank/issuer in case of any complaint, disputer or enquiry about an EMI transaction.

OnePlus Offers on HDFC Bank Credit Card EMI from 1^st August – 31st August 2026

General Bank Terms and Conditions –

• The offer is an instant discount and will be provided upfront at the time of purchase.
• HDFC Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the services offered by the partner. Any dispute or claim regarding the services/offers must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with the partner directly without any reference to HDFC Bank.
• HDFC Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services / assured gifts / gift vouchers availed by the Card Holder/s under the said Offer offered by the partner
• HDFC Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the services.
• This Offer is made available to the Customers selected at the discretion of HDFC Bank.
• The offer cannot be combined with any other offer
• If promo code is mentioned as part of the communication (please refer Offer details tab) then customer has to use the code to avail the offer; in case the code is not used Discount/ Cashback cannot be credited back to customer at a later date.

• Any query regarding the program will be entertained till 60 days from the posting date. After said date the Bank will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Program from the cardholder.
• Any Tax, service charge or other charges levied with regards to the Promotional Offer, may be borne by the Card Holder / winner.

HDFC Bank EasyEMI Terms and Conditions –

• Charges involved on a EasyEMI transaction -

1. Processing fees of INR 299 + GST
2. Gap Interest will be levied on First EMI calculated from the loan booking date to payment due date
3. GST will be levied on Processing Fee, Gap interest and Pre-closure fee as applicable

• In the Case of No Cost EMI benefit offered by Merchants, the interest that will be charged by the Bank for the EMI transaction will be provided as upfront discount at the time of transaction or during the loan booking as applicable by the transaction mode.
• Bank will continue to charge interest during the tenure opted by the customer at the annual interest rate by reducing balance method. In Monthly reducing balance cycle, the principle loan amount is reduced for every EMI paid and interest is calculated in the balance of outstanding principle loan amount to be paid.
• In the event of customer preclosing/ cancelling EMI on an originally Credit Card EMI or Debit Card EMI transaction, 'Pre-closure Interest charges' + 3% Pre-closure Fee on principle Outstanding (as applicable) will apply at the time of all Pre-closures.
• Benefits like payback / Instant discount etc offered by the merchant at the time of loan booking will be debited within 120 days of EMI closure. Cashback will be posted only those transaction for which loans are active as on posting date.

• The IBD offers will be applicable on 3M tenure for products < 25K. And 6M and above for > 25K products for August’26 Campaign.
• Offer can be availed up to Rs. 4000 per card/Category (multiple transactions allowed per card up to 4000 discount capping) during the offer period.
• Offer can be availed on maximum 1 transaction/Card/Channel/Category during the Offer Period

General Bank Terms and Conditions –

1. This offer is from Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited (“Bank”) under an arrangement with OnePlus Technology (“Merchant”) and is open to all residents of India holding a valid and current Kotak credit Card (“Cardholder”).
2. Offer is valid only if ‘Cashback/Discount’ is mentioned on Bill Summary. Customers are requested to retain Bill Summary for 180 days post offer end date.
3. Customers availing this Offer shall be eligible for a maximum cashback of upto Rs. 5000 for selected SKUs.
4. Customers who default in paying the EMI shall not be eligible for the Cashback.
5. Offer is valid on only select online and offline channels.
6. Delinquent and cancelled transactions will not qualify for this Offer.

9. Any Customer eligible for the Offer shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions, general terms and conditions of the Bank and terms and conditions of the Merchant in relation to the Offer before availing the Offer. Bank merely facilitates its Customers to avail the Offer and it is in no way concerned or connected in respect of the terms and conditions of Merchant.
10. The Bank and Merchant, reserve the right to disqualify any Customer from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer.
11. Bank and Merchant reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part this Offer by another offer whether similar to this Offer or not or to extend or withdraw this Offer altogether.
12. The Bank shall not be responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for any deficiency or inadequacy in the services rendered by Merchant, its agents or representatives and the Customer hereby understands, acknowledges and agrees not to hold the Bank responsible or liable for, any losses, damages, costs, charges, expenses, claims (whether direct or indirect), actions or demands suffered by the Customer in relation to availing the benefits under the Offer.
13. The Bank holds out no warranty and makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services offered by Merchant.

15. Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above Offer or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Mumbai.
