Exclusion of Phone Exchange: It's important to note that Assured Delivery service does not include the option for phone exchange. If you are looking to exchange your existing phone when purchasing a new OnePlus device, you'll need to explore other available options Assured Delivery specifically focuses on the timely and reliable delivery of your ordered product, and phone exchange falls under a different set of terms and conditions.

Limitation of Assured Delivery: Assured delivery is exclusively available for OnePlus 15, OnePlus 13, and OnePlus 13R models (for actual availability of the products, please refer to the purchase page of the products), and its availability is limited to specific cities.
