“Jio OnePlus 13 Series Offer”

Definitions

  1. “Eligible Recharge” shall mean the first Prepaid recharge performed of Rs.1199 offered by RJIO and subscribed by Eligible Subscriber on or after 10th Jan 2025.
  2. “Eligible Devices” shall mean devices as listed under Group-1 of Annexure A purchased on or after 10th Jan 2025 and activated for the first time on the RJIO network, by an Eligible Subscriber, on or after 10th Jan 2025 by subscribing to the Eligible Recharge. This Offer is applicable only on the Indian version of the Eligible Device.
  3. “Eligible Subscriber” shall mean a person who (i) has purchased the Eligible Device; and (ii) has subscribed to Eligible Recharge on or after 10th Jan 2025.
  4. “Recharge Cycle” shall mean validity period of 84 consecutive calendar days, starting from the date of activation of RJIO SIM, and subsequent periods of 84 consecutive calendar days each.
  5. “MSISDN” means mobile station international subscriber directory number and for the purposes of this Offer, shall mean the mobile number assigned to the Eligible Subscriber for subscribing to Eligible Plan.
  6. “Offer” shall mean the Jio OnePlus 13 Series offer provided by [RJIO].
  7. “Offer Benefits” shall mean the benefits accruing to the Eligible Subscriber under the Offer as mentioned herein-below.
  8. “RJIO” shall mean Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited.
  9. “RJIO SIM” shall mean the postpaid sim card made available by RJIO.
  10. “RRL” shall mean Reliance Retail Limited.
  11. “T&C” shall mean the applicable terms and conditions of the Offer.

 

The Offer and the benefits hereunder shall be made available by RRL to an Eligible Subscriber.

 

Benefits of the Offer (“Offer Benefits”)

Eligible Customer, upon purchasing a new Eligible Device during the offer period, will be entitled to get 6 vouchers with Benefits:

  1. Subscription to 10 Premium OTT apps Validity: 28 days
  2. Unlimited Data -10GB High Speed Data, thereafter unlimited at 64Kbps).
  3. 3 vouchers shall be credited within 72 hours from activating for the first time on the RJIO network along with latch on an eligible device and performing 1st eligible recharge
  4. Balance 3 vouchers shall be credited on performing the 2nd eligible recharge before the expiry of the earlier recharge plan
  5. The eligible customer will be required to redeem the vouchers and unredeemed vouchers will expire after 3 months of being credited to the customer account.

Terms and Conditions of the Offer ("T&C")

  1. The Offer is valid for an Eligible Device purchased and activated on the RJIO network for the first time, on or after 10th Jan 2025.
  2. These T&C shall be read concomitantly with the terms & conditions of Jio Prime Membership (wherever applicable) and CAF.
  3. Two or more offers cannot be clubbed together. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other alternative offer or promotion of a similar nature. For avoidance of doubt, where an Eligible Device is activated/recharged under any subsisting discount offer of RRL, this Offer shall not apply thereto. The decision of RRL and/or RJIO on the applicability of an offer to the Eligible Device shall be final and binding.
  4. An Eligible Subscriber who have previously availed discount offers provided by RRL for the Eligible Device shall not be eligible to avail this new Offer.
  5. RRL and/or RJIO recognizes that the choice to be contacted for promotional messages and alerts is that of the Eligible Subscriber. RRL and/or RJIO intends to keep the Eligible Subscriber informed on matters relating to the Offer and any upcoming offers from RRL and/or RJIO for the benefit of the Eligible Subscriber. Accordingly, by availing the Offer, the Eligible Subscriber hereby consents to be contacted by RRL and/or RJIO and such consent shall remain unaffected by Eligible Subscriber’s registration in the National Do Not Call (“NDNC”) registry under the relevant category stipulated therefor.
  6. RRL reserves the right to cancel/withdraw this Offer at any time, without any prior intimation to the Eligible Subscriber. However, the benefits accrued to the Eligible Subscriber on or prior to the cancellation/withdrawal of this Offer, shall not undergo any change.
  7. RRL, may, at its discretion, modify any of the terms and/or conditions and/or any aspect of the Offer, without any prior intimation to the Eligible Subscriber. The modifications so carried out will be posted on www.jio.com.
  8. If any term/ condition under the T&C of the Offer is found to be invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, such term/ condition shall be severed from the other terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions of the Offer.
  9. Any claims, issues, damages or losses with respect to the Eligible Device shall be the sole responsibility and liability of the manufacturer of the Eligible Device and RRL (including its affiliates, group companies or parent company) hereby disclaims, any and all claims, losses and liabilities, whether or not arising out of, or in connection therewith and / or this Offer and the terms and conditions governing the Offer. This disclaimer shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law and shall survive cancellation/termination/determination of this Offer.
  10. In no event shall RRL and/or RJIO (including each of its affiliates, group companies or parent company) or its directors, officers, employees, agents or other representatives thereof be responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any other damages of any kind, arising out of or related to the Offer.
  11. The Offer Benefits are non-transferable.
  12. The Offer can be availed only once per MSISDN & IMEI.
  13. This Offer is subject to guidelines/directions issued by Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), Department of Telecommunications (DOT) or any other statutory authority from time to time.
  14. Eligible Subscriber hereby authorizes RRL and/or RJIO to collect his/her personal information including name, address and mobile number and share with its partners so as to enable the Eligible Subscriber to avail the Offer. The Eligible Subscriber’s personal information will be stored and processed in accordance with RJIO Privacy Policy and RRL Privacy Policy which are available at https://www.jio.com/en-in/privacy-policy and  https://relianceretail.com/privacy-policy.html, respectively.

1. What is the “Jio OnePlus 13 Series Offer”?

 

  • “Jio OnePlus 13 Series Offer” entitles 6 vouchers of 10 OTT benefits and 10 GB additional data for Eligible Subscribers who subscribe to Rs. 1199 Prepaid Plan on or after 10th Jan 2025.
  • The Offer shall be open for all Eligible Subscribers who purchases Eligible Device under Group-1 on or after 10th Jan 2025.
  • Benefits will be credited in MyJio application
  • 3 Vouchers shall be credited within 72 hours from activating for the first time on the RJIO network along with latch on an eligible device and performing eligible recharge. Balance 3 Vouchers shall be credited on performing the second eligible recharge before the expiry of the earlier recharge plan

2. From when is “Jio OnePlus 13 Series  Offer” valid?

 

The offer is valid for Eligible Devices purchased and activated on the RJIO network for the first time, on or after 10th Jan 2025, and upon subscription to Rs. 1199 Prepaid Plan on or after 10th Jan 2025.

 

 

3. How do I Claim the “Jio OnePlus 13 Series  Offer”?

 

Eligible Customer, upon purchasing a new Eligible Device during the offer period, will be entitled to get 6 vouchers with Benefits:

Yes, “Jio OnePlus 13 Series ” is available for all Eligible Devices, purchased from stores as well as ecommerce sites in India during the offer period.

 

5. Is the “Jio OnePlus 13 Series  Offer” applicable to existing RJIO subscribers as well?

 

Offer is applicabl for existing and new prepaid RJIO subscribers who have subscribed to 1199 Plan.

 

6. Can I avail any other offer along with the “Jio OnePlus 13 Series  Offer”?

 

No, two or more offers cannot be clubbed together.

 

7. Is the “Jio OnePlus 13 Series  Offer” applicable on all the variants of OnePlus 13 devices?

 

No, it is applicable only on the Indian variants of Eligible Devices.
