Jio OnePlus 15 Series - Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

  1. Discount: Discount of Rs.150/- per Billing Cycle (including tax) provided by RJIO to an Eligible Subscriber during the Entitlement Period.
  2. Eligible Plan: Postpaid plan of Rs.649/- and above offered by RJIO, subscribed by Eligible Subscriber on or after 12th Nov 2025.
  3. Eligible Devices: Devices listed under Group-1 of Annexure A, purchased and first activated on RJIO network on or after 12th Nov 2025 (only Indian version is applicable).
  4. Eligible Subscriber: A person who (i) purchased the Eligible Device; (ii) activated new Postpaid connection on or after 12th Nov 2025; (iii) subscribed to Eligible Plan on or after 12th Nov 2025.
  5. Billing Cycle: Validity period of consecutive days in a calendar month, starting from the date of activation of Eligible Plan.
  6. MSISDN: Mobile station international subscriber directory number (mobile number assigned for subscribing to Eligible Plan).
  7. Offer: The Jio One Plus 13s Offer provided by RJIO.
  8. Offer Benefits: Benefits accruing to the Eligible Subscriber under the Offer.
  9. RJIO: Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited.
  10. RJIO SIM: Postpaid SIM card made available by RJIO.
  11. RRL: Reliance Retail Limited.
  12. T&C: Applicable terms and conditions of the Offer.

The Offer and the benefits hereunder shall be made available by RRL to an Eligible Subscriber.

2. Benefits of the Offer ("Offer Benefits") Discount

  • Eligible Subscribers (who activate new Postpaid connection, subscribe to Eligible Plan, and use Eligible Device on or after 12th Nov 2025) are entitled to the Discount.
  • Maximum 15 Discounts can be availed (beginning from 1st Billing Cycle) with continuous subscription to Eligible Plan ("Entitlement Period").
  • Each Discount is applied automatically at the end of the Billing Cycle and is non-transferable.
  • Only one Discount per Billing Cycle per Eligible Subscriber.
  • No subsequent Offer Benefits if the Eligible Plan is disconnected or suspended.

3. Terms and Conditions of the Offer ("T&C")

  • The Offer is valid for Eligible Devices purchased and first activated on RJIO network on or after 12th Nov 2025.
  • These T&C must be read along with Jio Prime Membership terms (where applicable) and CAF.
  • Offers cannot be clubbed with other similar offers. RRL/RJIO's decision on offer applicability is final.
  • Subscribers who previously availed RRL discount offers for the Eligible Device are not eligible for this Offer.
  • By availing the Offer, Eligible Subscriber consents to be contacted by RRL/RJIO (unaffected by NDNC registration).
  • RRL reserves the right to cancel/withdraw the Offer anytime without prior intimation (accrued benefits remain unchanged).
  • RRL may modify T&C anytime without prior intimation; modifications will be posted on www.jio.com.
  • Invalid/unenforceable terms will be severed without affecting other terms.
  • Claims related to Eligible Device are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer; RRL disclaims all liabilities.
  • RRL/RJIO shall not be liable for any direct/indirect damages arising out of or related to the Offer.
  • Offer Benefits are non-transferable.
  • The Offer can be availed only once per MSISDN & IMEI.
  • The Offer is subject to guidelines from TRAI, DOT, or other statutory authorities.
  • Eligible Subscriber authorizes RRL/RJIO to collect and share personal information with partners; data is processed per RJIO and RRL Privacy Policies.
  • New RJIO SIM can be obtained from Jio Store, Reliance Digital, or Jio retailer (locate via https://www.jio.com/Jio/portal/storeLocator).

Yes, applicable for Eligible Devices purchased from stores or Indian ecommerce sites during the offer period.
5. Is the Offer applicable to existing RJIO subscribers as well?
No, only applicable for new Postpaid RJIO subscribers with Rs. 649+ Postpaid Plan.
6. Can I avail any other offer along with this Offer?
No, two or more offers cannot be clubbed together.
7. Is the Offer applicable on all variants of OnePlus 15 Series?
No, only applicable on Indian variants of Eligible Devices.
