Service Details

 

Validity Period:

This service becomes effective at 00:00 on the date of purchase and expires at 24:00 on the same date two years later.

 

Usage Limit:

The service can be used once during the validity period.

 

 

Important Notice

 

  • If purchased with a new phone, this service is eligible for a no-reason return and refund within 7 days of purchase. Returns are not supported after 7 days.
  • Once the phone return is completed, the associated battery protection service will also be returned and refunded.
  • If the device’s IMEI number is missing or damaged, preventing verification of eligibility, this service cannot be used.
  • Devices that have been repaired or had parts replaced by non-authorized service providers are not eligible for this service.
  • Faulty components replaced under this service will be collected and disposed of by OnePlus Authorized Service Centers.
