Terms and Conditions for the OnePlus Nord Buds 4 Pro Launch Event “More Notify Me More Rewards Contest”

This contest is brought to you by OnePlus Technology India Private Limited. (“OnePlus”) with its registered address at UB City, 6th Floor, Concorde Block Tower C, 24, Vittal Mallya Road Bengaluru, Karnataka 560001.

RULES:

1. Every user has 1 chance to participate. After you get ‘Notified’, you will be the participant of the ‘More Notify Me More Rewards Contest’. Users can only sign up for ‘Notify Me’ once. As more people join, we’ll hit milestones. Each milestone hit earns every registered user an lottery entry. Users are not limited to one win.

2. You can participate in the contest from March 10th to Launch Day, 2026 (inclusive).

3. There are 4 milestones for Notify Me (10000, 20000, 30000 and 40000). When each milestone is hit, different prize list will get unlocked and a new round of contest will start for all Notify Me users by the time. That is to say, users who hit ‘Notify Me’ earlier tend to have more chances to join the contest.

4. Participants who click on “Notify Me” during the “OnePlus Nord Buds 4 Pro Launch Event More Notify Me More Award Contest” period have a chance to win prizes from the following:

- 1st milestone (the number of Notify Me reaches 10000): 3* 1000 RCC RedCoins

- 2nd milestone (the number of Notify Me reaches 20000): 3* 2000 RCC RedCoins

- 3rd milestone (the number of Notify Me reaches 30000): 1* OnePlus Nord Buds 4 Pro

- 4th milestone (the number of Notify Me reaches 40000): 2* OnePlus Nord Buds 4 Pro

5. After each Notify Me milestone is reached, winners will be randomly selected from all eligible participants during the contest period. Winners will be displayed in the ‘Winners’ section in the event page.

Terms and Conditions

The Contest is live from March 10th to Launch Day, 2026 (inclusive), in the Indian region.

ELIGIBILITY:

You need to fulfill the following eligibility criteria to enter the Contest:

(a) You should be an individual and legal resident of the Republic of India;

(b) You have a billing address within the territory of India;

(d) You should have registered on oneplus.in.

DETAILS OF THE CONTEST:

(a) This is contest is named “OnePlus Nord Buds 4 Pro Launch Event More Notify Me More Rewards Contest”.

(b) Eligible users who meet above criteria can participant in the contest.

(c) Participants who click on “Notify Me” during the “OnePlus Nord Buds 4 Pro Launch Event More Notify Me More Award Contest” period have a chance to win prizes from the following: 3*OnePlus Nord Buds 4 Pro, 3* 1000 RCC RedCoins, 3* 2000 RCC RedCoins.

(d) The Contest will be hosted on oneplus.in and OnePlus Store App as per the timeline mentioned above i.e. March 10th to Launch Day, 2026 (inclusive), in the Indian region.

(e) Winners will be notified via SMS, WhatsApp, or email, depending on the contact information provided during login (phone number or email).

(f) By participating in this contest, you acknowledge and agree that OnePlus may process your login information, including your phone number or email address, only for the purpose of the contest. This processing may include contacting you via App pushes, SMS, WhatsApp, phone call, or email if necessary for the administration of the contest. (g) Participants who are selected but do not meet the eligibility criteria or comply with the rules will automatically be cancelled their prize.

REWARD & DISTRIBUTION

(a) On winning, free RCC RedCoins would be sent to the winners’ OnePlus Account directly and can be seen on redcoins history. Six (6) winners will receive RCC RedCoins, amongst them, each of the three (3) winners will receive 1000 RCC RedCoins, and each of another three (3) winners will receive 2000 RCC RedCoins. Three (3) physical prizes winners will receive a redemption code for 3*OnePlus Nord Buds 4 Pro. A free coupon would be sent to the physical prizes winners’ OnePlus Account directly and can be seen in the ‘My Coupon’ section. Each coupon can only be used once. The code will be valid for 60 days after receipt. The selected participants will automatically lose their claim to the Prize if they do not meet the eligibility criteria or do not comply with these T&Cs.

(b) RCC RedCoins will be credited to the subscribers’ OnePlus account half a day before the new product launch date.

(e) The reward is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

(f) The RedCoins obtained are valid for 1 year.

(g) More specifically, the RedCoins obtained in the current month are valid until the end of the month of the second year and will be automatically cleared after expiration.

(h) When your RedCoins are being spent, the ones that expire first will be consumed first.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

Every Prize will be awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). There are no cash or other prize alternatives available in whole or in part. However, in circumstances beyond our control, we may substitute a similar alternative prize of equal or greater value in our sole discretion. If selected participant rejects the prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the selected participant’s prize will be cancelled and OnePlus shall be entitled to select another selected participant.

We may, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and in our sole discretion, amend the T&Cs or cancel the Contest at any time; or modify, terminate, or suspend the Contest should viruses, worms, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond our control corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the contest or submission of entries. We are not responsible for: (a) lost, misdirected, late, incomplete, or unintelligible entries or for inaccurate entry information, whether caused by you or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the contest, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries; (b) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the contest; (c) any error in the operation or transmission, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, or for technical, network, telephone, computer, hardware or software, malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive any entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website; or (d) injury or damage to your or any other computer or mobile resulting from downloading any materials in connection with the contest. We may, in our sole discretion, disqualify any individual found to be: (a) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the contest or website or mobile application; (b) acting in violation of these T&Cs; or (c) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. If your entry is incomplete or if you use robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods, your entry will be void. No benefits greater than those described these T&Cs will be awarded.

MISCELLANEOUS

The Contest is governed by the laws of the Republic of India. No requests for transfer or assignment or redemption of the benefits shall be entertained. You agree that all our decisions related to the contest are final and binding on you. Failure by OnePlus to enforce any of these T&Cs in any instance shall not be deemed to be a waiver of the T&Cs and shall not give rise to any claim by any person. The decision of OnePlus shall at all times be binding and final. These T&Cs are subject to Indian laws and the courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any disputes or any matter arising here from.

FORCE MAJEURE

This Contest is subject to force majeure circumstances including without limitation, floods, natural disasters, war, act of terror, political unrests, technical snags, act of God or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of OnePlus (“Force Majeure Event”). OnePlus shall be not liable for any delay or adverse effect caused to the participants in the Contest including the winners as a result of a Force Majeure Event.

PUBLICITY RELEASE

By accepting the Contest, you give OnePlus and/or its affiliates permission to use your name, likeness, image, voice, and/or appearance as such may be embodied in any pictures, photos, video recordings, audiotapes, digital images, and the like, taken or made in relation to the Contest and any promotions, events, or contest to follow.

OnePlus shall use and take care of any personal information you supply to it as described in its privacy policy, a copy of which can be seen here https://www.oneplus.in/legal/privacy-policy that OnePlus and/ or its affiliates have the right to publish your saved item details for any communication, promotions, events, or contest that follow. You agree that OnePlus and/ or its affiliates have complete ownership of such pictures, etc., including the entire copyright, and may use them for reasonable purpose. These uses include, but are not limited to illustrations, bulletins, exhibitions, videotapes, reprints, reproductions, publications, advertisements, and any promotional or educational materials in any medium now known or later developed, including the internet. You acknowledge that you will not receive any compensation, etc. for the use of such pictures, etc., and hereby release OnePlus and/ or its affiliates and its agents and assigns from any and all claims which arise out of or are in any way connected with such use. You give your consent to OnePlus and/or its affiliates, agents and assigns to use your name and likeness to promote the contest and any promotions, events, or contest to follow.

LIABILITY RELEASE

OnePlus accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the contest or accepting the prize. Please read the terms and conditions mentioned carefully. Non reading or not knowing any of the clauses will not absolve of any liability incurred. In no event shall OnePlus, including its officers, directors, and employees, be liable to you, or any third party, for any special, indirect, consequential losses, including but not limited to, damages for loss of use, loss of time, inconvenience, commercial loss, lost profits, lost business opportunities.

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES

(a) Each user may only use one account to participate in the event. Any user account that matches the same OnePlus account, WhatsApp number, phone number, ID card, or mobile device will be considered the same user. If it is found that the same user has participated in this event using different accounts, OnePlus reserves the right to disqualify that user from winning any prizes.

(b) During the event, any user who participates through fraudulent or malicious means (including but not limited to cheating, malicious exploitation, reputation manipulation, fake transactions, system disruption, cyberattacks, or any user participating in the event using IoT cards or unregistered cards, or any users registered with numbers identified by platforms or third parties as associated with black-market hoarding, scams, or abnormal phone number segments, etc.) may be terminated from the event, and their eligibility to win prizes will be canceled. If a prize has already been distributed, OnePlus reserves the right to reclaim it. If any losses are incurred by OnePlus or a third party, OnePlus reserves the right to seek compensation from the user.

(c) In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to significant disasters, government directives requiring the halting or adjustment of the event, widespread cheating during the event, severe cyberattacks, or system failures leading to mass errors in the winning list and inability to continue the event), OnePlus reserves the right to suspend, modify, or cancel this event.

(d) In the case of any dispute regarding winning, the final decision will be based on the statistical results from the store’s backend.
