1. You will not issue any press releases, make any statements or communications regarding the Program insocial media or any micro-blogging site beyond what is specifically authorized through the session.

2. You grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use your name, photographs of you and any other information about you that we have in connection with your participation in the session.

3. We may disclose to you confidential information regarding our business, members and services. You agree that such confidential information is and will remain the property of OnePlus. You will not disclose confidential information without our written consent, and will not use any confidential information for any purpose other than in the pursuit of your activities in the session.

4. You will sign a Non Disclosure Agreement for the duration of this program. With regards to this, Information that is strictly confidential will be duly informed to you.

5. All content created by you in your role as a member of the event must be submitted to OnePlus for review and approval before it may be published. You agree to assign to us all right and interest in any program results (including any information, plans, articles, suggestions, or ideas) provided by you a member of the event to us in the Program without compensation to you or any duty to account to you. All program results are OnePlus’ Proprietary Information and the intellectual rights of the same would solely be vested upon it.

6. You would not be allowed to either possess or consume or be under the influence of any narcotic or psychotropic substance during the time the program is in progress. If you are found to non-adhering of the same, OnePlus would be handing you over to the lawful authorities and the cost and peril of the same would be solely borne by you.

7. You represent to OnePlus that you are currently of sound physical and mental health and, if at all you have any condition or treatment that you are undergoing, you are required to intimate OnePlus of the same prior to the commencement of the program. OnePlus will not claim any responsibility for your well-being during the program if not informed prior of your medical requirement.

8. You represent and warrant to OnePlus that you are a law-abiding citizen and are currently not facing any trail either under the Indian law or overseas.

9. You will not partake in any abuse either physical or verbal or indulge in any criminal activity during the program as arranged by OnePlus and if you are found to non-adhering of the same, OnePlus would be handing you over to the lawful authorities and the cost and peril of the same would be solely borne by you.

10. You also represent to us that you are an individual above 18 years of age and are fully aware of the nature of the program and have understood the terms of the program accurately and without a doubt.
