Damage to the phone due to any of the following (for a term of 2 Years from the Plan purchase date):
- Accidental Damage
- Liquid Damage
- Damage due to fire, lightning, riots, other Acts of Gods perils
Covers any mechanical and electrical breakdown or defects to the extent provided by the manufacturer's warranty (for a term of 1 Year, which begins on the expiration of the manufacturer’s warranty).
- Plan is valid for 24 months from the device purchase date
When will I receive the Protect Plus Plan Invoice and Activation Code? If the order includes both OnePlus products & Servify Protect Plus Plan, the Plan Invoice will be emailed by Servify after the order is completed. The activation code will be sent through email & SMS by Servify after the order is dispatched.
If the order only includes Servify Protect Plus Plan, there’ll be no physical shipment. The Plan Invoice will be emailed, and the activation code will be sent through email & SMS by Servify after the order is completed.
Easy 2-Step Activation Process
Step 1: You will receive an activation code and OnePlus Care App download link on your registered Email ID & Mobile Number
Step 2: Download the app and activate your plan following the instructions
The purchase & activation process of the Plan must be completed within 30 days of purchasing the device
- Raise a request in the OnePlus Care mobile application/ Website or call the call center
- Answer a few questions on the incident
- On approval, mail-in the damaged device to the designated Servify Service Location (as shown on the OnePlus Care mobile application or website)
- Device will be repaired at an Authorized Service Centre and delivered back to you!
- This is the only authorized Service Contract from OnePlus
- No logistics charges for mail-in and no delivery charges during claim
- Completely paperless service process
- All repairs are done at OnePlus Authorized Service Centers
- Completely transparent and convenient process with real time updates on the service request through OnePlus Care mobile application and website
If the damage repair is covered under the plan (subject to fulfillment of all mandatory conditons), you only pay:
- For OnePlus 7, Rs 750 towards mandatory Claim Processing Fee for every damage claim repair.
- For OnePlus 7 Pro, Rs 1000 towards mandatory Claim Processing Fee for every damage claim repair.
- No fee charged for a claim under extended warranty
- Any other charges not covered under the plan. The charges would be notified to you before repair
- The complete process takes about 15-20 Days (subject to parts availability) from the time you submit all the documents
