If the order includes both OnePlus products & Servify Protect Plan, the Plan Invoice will be emailed by Servify after the order is completed. The activation code will be sent through email & SMS by Servify after the order is dispatched.
If the order only includes Servify Protect Plan, there’ll be no physical shipment. The Plan Invoice will be emailed, and the activation code will be sent through email & SMS by Servify after the order is completed.

Step 1: You will receive an activation code and OnePlus Care App download link on your registered Email ID & Mobile Number
Step 2: Download the app and activate your plan following the instructions
The purchase & activation process of the Plan must be completed within 30 days of purchasing the device
- Raise a request in the OnePlus Care App/ Servify website
- Answer a few questions on the incident
- On approval, schedule a pick-up of damaged device
- Device will be repaired at an Authorized Service Centre and delivered back to you!
- Only Damage Protection Plan authorized by OnePlus in India
- Free doorstep pickup and drop service for repair requests
- Completely paperless claims process
- No need to visit Service Centres, all repairs are done at authorized Service Centres
- Completely transparent and hassle-free process with real time updates on service request through app and web
If the damage repair is covered under the plan (subject to fulfillment of all mandatory conditions), you only pay:
- For OnePlus 7T Pro, Rs 1000 towards mandatory Claim Processing Fee for the repair
- Any other charges not covered under the plan. The charges would be notified to you before repair
- The complete process takes about 15-20 Days (subject to parts availability) from the time you submit all the documents
