- As an introductory offer, customers purchasing OnePlus 13 or OnePlus 13R enjoy a Free 180-Day Phone Replacement Plan.
- The Free 180-Day Phone Replacement Plan is a protection plan that allows users to get a free replacement of OnePlus 13/13R device one time if any hardware defects are identified during the 180-day effective period.
- The offer is applicable only to customers who purchase the device and link their device to Red Cable Club (RCC) by 23:59 IST, 13th February 2025.
- Eligibility:
- The plan is applicable to the OnePlus 13 and OnePlus 13R models only.
- The Plan covers the device only for 180 days. The Free 180-Day Phone Replacement Plan must be used within 180 days, starting from 0:00 on the handset activation date.
- The plan can only be used once during the effective period.
- The 180-Day Phone Replacement Plan covers defects related to hardware quality when the device is used normally within the 6-month effective period. It does not cover appearance fault, software problems, damage caused by the user, or devices with out-of-warranty repair records.

- Activation Process:
- The offer can be claimed from the RCC benefit section ((Settings > Account (Red Cable Club) > Benefits)
- Once the benefit is claimed, you can check the status of the plan at OnePlus Service using the device's IMEI from https://service.oneplus.com/in/check.

Exclusions:
The followings are not covered by the OnePlus 180-Day Phone Replacement Plan
- Device models that are not covered by the OnePlus 180-Day Phone Replacement Plan according to the local policy (the place where the device is purchased).
- Devices that are not sold through official channels.
- Defects or damage resulting from accidents, neglect, misuse or abnormal use; abnormal conditions or improper storage; exposure to liquid, moisture, dampness, sand, or dirt; unusual physical, electrical or electromechanical stress.
- Scratches, dents and cosmetic damage, unless caused by OnePlus.
- Defects or damage resulting from excessive force or use of metallic objects on the touch screen.
- Devices that have the serial number or the IMEI number removed, defaced, damaged, altered or made illegible.
- Ordinary wear and tear.
- Defects or damage resulting from the use of the Product in conjunction or connection with accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by OnePlus.
- Any physical feature defects or damage resulting from improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, or adjustment not furnished or approved by OnePlus.
- Defects or damage resulting from external causes such as collision with an object, fire, flooding, dirt, windstorm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuse, or improper use of any electrical source.
- Defects or damage resulting from cellular signal reception or transmission, or viruses and other software problems introduced into the Product.
- Products not purchased from OnePlus.in (we recommend you to contact the point of sale for support).
- Repair conducted by un-official repair centers.
- The device has already completed an out of warranty repair before and is taken to the OnePlus Service Store again for replacement within the 180-day replacement period.
- Replacement Process:
If your OnePlus 13/13R qualifies for replacement:
- Visit a OnePlus Exclusive/Authorized Service Centre for inspection.
- Bring the device with the original box and all accessories. For a successful replacement it is mandatory handover the complete package which includes the original accessories.
- If approved under the OnePlus Warranty Policy, the handset will be replaced for free.
- Devices that do not meet the warranty conditions will not qualify for replacement. However, repair services may be provided as per the standard service norms.
- The replacement time will be shared by the service professional at the time of device handover, post all necessary checks are done and approved.
- The configuration variant will be the same but the colour variant may vary, as per availability.
