Q1. What does the admission include?

Reserved seating
A goodie bag that will include:

Q2. Why does this event cost money to attend?

Although we want to include as many fans as possible, there will be limited seats available. Charging for admission helps us get an accurate head count of who will attend on the big day.

Q3. How do voucher sales work?

Official invite sales are only through www.oneplus.in You will receive an order confirmation once your payment has been processed successfully.

Q4. Can I buy invites at the venue?

Invites will not be sold at the venue. They are only available for purchase on www.oneplus.in.

Q5. Do I need to check in when I arrive?

Yes. The check-in time will start from 17:30 IST and the doors will close at 18:30 IST on December 12th 2018
Arriving at least 30 minutes before the doors close will allow us to start the event on-time
Show your QR code to the OnePlus staff at the check-in area, which will be marked with signage
You are also requested to carry a government approved photo-ID proof and also keep the email confirmation handy

Q6. Do I need to print my order confirmation?

Keep the QR code received by you on email handy as this will be scanned at the entrance.

Q7. If I miss the check-in time, can I arrive late?

Please do not miss the check-in time. Once the check-in is closed, you will not be able to enter the venue.

Q8. What's the refund policy?

Unfortunately, the amount spent towards purchasing the invites cannot be refunded.

Q9. Will I be able to buy OnePlus products at this event?

We are not planning to sell any products at this event.

Q10. Will I be able to try new OnePlus products at the event?

Yes, and you will be among the first ones in the world!

Q11. Is there an age limit to attend the event?

You must be over 18 years old to enter.

Q12. What are my transport options for getting to and from the event?

The venue address is Richardson & Cruddas, Byculla, Mumbai. The venue will have no allocated parking. We would advise you to use public transportation to get to the event. The nearest train stations are Byculla and Mumbai Central. But if you would like to bring your personal vehicle, there are several paid and free parking spots in the vicinity. Kindly note that you are liable for your own vehicle’s safety and OnePlus will not be held responsible for any damage or theft.

Q13. What time will the event end?

The main event should last approximately 30 - 45 minutes, ending at 19:15 IST, post which you will be able to enjoy & experience the post-show until 21:30 IST, which you don’t want to miss!

Q14. What can I bring to the event?

You are welcome to bring devices to shoot pictures and video during the event, as long as it's not disruptive. Please do not bring food or drinks to the venue.

Q15. Will I be able to leave and return to the event?

No.

Q16. Can I film for my YouTube channel, or write about this for my blog?

Yes, you're more than welcome to film and take photographs of the event (but it's up to you to get permission of anyone else featured in the footage).

Q17. Will there be a security check at the venue?

A mandatory security bag check will be done at the entrance for all visitors. Prohibited items:
- Alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages and food items
- Narcotics and any other illegal items
- Pets or other animals
- Weapons of any kind
- Laser pointers or any strong flashlights

Terms and Conditions

Your purchase of the invite ("invite(s)") for and entry to the OnePlus 5th Anniversary Event (“Event”) organised by or on behalf of OPlus Mobitech Pvt. Ltd. (herein, "OnePlus") is subject to the following terms and conditions. By applying to purchase an invite and attending the Event you agree that:

The venue reserves the right to refuse the purchaser entry to the Event without their invite. You acknowledge that OnePlus cannot be held responsible for invites that are lost or stolen.
The purchaser of the invite represents and warrants that the invite is purchased for personal use only, and that it is not purchased as part of any form of business or commercial activity and, in particular, the invite may not be resold or transferred to a third party.
You will abide by the rules and regulations of the venue, which are available at the venue and may be changed at the venue’s discretion, along with any other rules or regulations which may be included in the invite.
You will comply with all reasonable safety and other announcements and/or directions whilst attending the Event.
In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, OnePlus shall not be liable for any losses you suffer as a result of the cancellation or rescheduling, including but not limited to, invite price, accommodation costs or travel expenses.
The invite price for the Event does not include accommodation, travel allowance, or any other costs or expenses incidental to your attendance of the Event.
OnePlus has the right to alter or vary the itinerary for the Event or to reschedule all or part of the Event.
OnePlus or the venue has the right to refuse entry to the Event to any person without reason or to require them to cease participating in any activity. If you are found to be behaving in a manner deemed unsociable or potentially dangerous, in breach of these terms & conditions, the rules and regulations of the venue or any instructions or directions given to you by any official at the Event, you will be ejected from the Event without refund and, if appropriate, may be reported to the police.
OnePlus and/or the venue has the right to search all persons and all personal property and refuse admission to, or eject from, the site any person who refuses to be searched by a security official.
You give your express consent to the use of your actual or simulated likeness in connection with the production, exhibition, advertising or exploitation of any photograph, film, video and/or audio recording of the Event and/or any element thereof in any/all media throughout the world.
Neither the venue nor OnePlus has any responsibility for lost or stolen property.
You will not trade or solicit trade at the Event without the prior written consent of OnePlus.
The use of drones, helicopters or other aerial/flying video recording device is not allowed.
The following articles are not permitted within the venue – illegal substances, weapons, dangerous or hazardous items or offensive materials. Any person found in possession of such items may be refused entry into, or ejected from the venue.
Admission to the venue and the Event is at your own risk. Neither the venue nor OnePlus will be held liable for any loss, cost, expense, injury or damage sustained at the venue and/or the Event except in respect of death or personal injury caused as a result of negligence by the venue or OnePlus, as applicable.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by Indian law and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indian courts.
OnePlus reserves the right to alter or amend these terms and conditions without prior notification and you will abide by such amended terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to check the website for the latest terms and conditions.
All invites are non-refundable and we will not offer a refund under any circumstances.
By purchasing invites, you are agreeing that the details you provide may be used to fulfill your order. You agree that the details you have provided are truthful and accurate.
You further agree that from time to time we may contact you with information about the event or other relevant products and services we believe you may be interested in, in line with OnePlus' Privacy Policy.
