After carefully reviewing our program and attentively considering the feedback from our valued members, we have identified opportunities to enhance the overall experience.
The membership tiers are determined based on a member's accumulation of RedExp points (currently called Experience Points). These represent loyalty points that you can earn as a part of the Red Cable Club membership. Members have the opportunity to earn RedExp points by performing actions like linking your device and purchasing products on oneplus.in or OnePlus Store App.
With new tier system being introduced, your current Membership tier may shuffle. However, you will not lose your existing claimed benefits. We highly recommend to claim and redeem your current tier benefits promptly before 17th September to ensure you don't miss out on any privileges. Any benefits you claim before 17th September can still be redeemed after the change.
Your current Experience points will not be impacted while being converted to RedExp points to ensure a seamless transition. Additionally, as a token of appreciation to our loyal customers, we will be crediting RedExp points to members for the existing linked devices (linked before 17th September, 2023) as per the new tier system logic.
We are upgrading the Membership Tier system to provide enhanced services, more benefits, and to create a better experience for our valued members.
Your current Experience points will not be impacted while being converted to RedExp points to ensure a seamless transition. The expiry will also be extended from the current 1 year to 2 years (as per the new system) from the date of credit.
For existing users, the new tier will be automatically assigned basis the RedExp points on 17th September. Tiers can be later upgraded basis the member's action of purchase or device linking as determined by the new system logic.

RedExp points decide your membership tier whereas RedCoins are meant for engagement and voucher/merch redemption on the RCC platform. Also, RedExp points have a 2 year expiry and RedCoins have a 1 year expiry.
