How do I register? Are there specific requirements to register on OnePlus Business?

"Fill out and submit an application. Please use a WhatsApp registered number in your account. Our team will review the application & reach out to you.

My business has locations in multiple cities, can I still use OnePlus Business?

Yes. You can still use OnePlus Business.

We deliver at the registered address location only. You have to take care of further stock transfer (Billing and shipping address needs to be the same)

How do I buy products using OnePlus Business?

Please follow the following steps for placing an order

1. Apply for OnePlus Business account.
2. Once approved, you will be able to log in using your login credentials.
3. After you've logged in to OnePlus Business account, you will land on the OnePlus Business Store page.
4. You can then add the required products to your OnePlus Business cart & proceed for payments.
5. After completing the payment, the order will be confirmed post successful payment.

Which products can I buy using OnePlus Business?

Currently, only smartphones can be bought from this channel.

I am unable to add products to cart. It says MOQ / Minimum Quantity not met? What is MOQ / Minimum Quantity?

MoQ or Minimum order quantity is the minimum number of products that are required in your cart.

What is the returns policy?

The returns policy is as follows:
Please evaluate the packaging once you receive the products. Kindly refer to the following scenarios
1. The delivery box is damaged: You have the option to reject the delivery. The delivery person will return the box to origin
2. The phone box is damaged: Post opening the delivery box, if you find that the phone box is damaged, please reach out to buyforbusiness@oneplus.com with the details within 24 hours of delivery.

Currently, you can pay via the following payment methods

Can I avail Credit for my purchase requirements?

Currently, we don't have credit available for purchase. We will let you know if it changes in the future.

Delivery
How do I get the purchased products? Who provides the courier services?

OnePlus will help with the fulfilment of the orders. OnePlus will use an authorised OnePlus delivery partner for courier services.

Who pays for the courier?

OnePlus will take care of the fulfilment cost.

How long does it take for the courier to deliver products?

The current delivery period will be 2-7 business days. You can reach out to the following email id in case of delays

Where can I see the orders I have placed?

You can see your current placed orders in 'My Orders' in the User Center.

Can I track my delivery? How do I track the progress in order processing?

You can track your orders using the tracking number which you'll receive once you place a successful order or you can check the status under 'My Orders' section.

You will have access to Business / Personal modes for your OnePlus registered account. Please ensure that you're in business mode while making all purchases via the OnePlus Business platform

You will be able to find the following reports in the 'Dashboard' section in the User Center
1. Monthly purchases, spends, orders
2. Claim settlement details
3. Monthly summary
