RULES
1.This campaign is valid from December 15, 2023 at 18:30 IST through January 8, 2024 at 21:29 IST.
2.Participants may take part in the Light Up OnePlus campaign without signing in, but they must subscribe to receive OnePlus marketing information to be entered into the giveaway.
3.Participants can select any pixel within the OnePlus logo and light it up with a choice of seven (7) colors.
4.Participants can only light up one (1) pixel at a time.
5.Participants can light up one (1) new pixel every two (2) minutes. Participants can also cover other participants' pixels.
6.Participants can earn the chance to enter the giveaway by lighting up one (1) pixel.
7.Giveaway details: Prizes are issued according to the number of pixels lit up by participants.
- When 50,000 pixels are lit up, a total number of five (5) winners will each receive a OnePlus 12 phone.
- When 100,000 pixels are lit up, a total number of ten (10) winners will each receive a OnePlus 12 phone.

HOW TO ENTER: Beginning on December 15, 2023 at 18:30 IST through January 8, 2024 at 21:29 IST, visit www.oneplus.in/event/10-year-anniversary, navigate to the “Light Up OnePlus” page, and follow the instructions to participate in the activity. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method or entering more than the number of times permitted will void all entries and result in disqualification.
ELIGIBILITY: Open to residents of India who are 18 years of age and older as of the date of entry. Void where prohibited.
WINNER SELECTION: A total of five (5) or ten (10) winners will be selected to win one (1) OnePlus 12 phone. The odds of winning depend on the number of participants and the number of pixels lit up by participants.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winners will be notified by email within 3 business days after the campaign ends. A redemption code will be issued to the winner. Winners can redeem one (1) free OnePlus 12 through the redeem code on oneplus.com or OnePlus Store app where the online purchase is available in the corresponding country before stocks run out.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering this Giveaway, entrants waive all right to, and hold OnePlus Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (the “Sponsor”) and its affiliates (collectively, the “Promotion Parties”) harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any coupon or prize. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Promotion Parties will not be responsible for: late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; an entrant's failure to receive prize notices due to entrant's spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for entrants' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this Giveaway; by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Giveaway; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the Giveaway, or announcement of the prizes. If, in the Promotion Parties’ opinion, there is such an error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of the Giveaway, Promotion Parties reserve the right to cancel or modify this Giveaway. In the event of termination, winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received as of the date of termination. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning entrant, entries will be declared made by the name on the online entry form.
Promotion Parties are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of this offer, administration of this Giveaway or in the announcement of winner and prize. In the event Promotion Parties are prevented from continuing with this promotion, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the promotion as planned is undermined by any event including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state or local government law, order or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction (each a "Force Majeure" event or occurrence), Promotion Parties shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the Giveaway and award the coupons from among all eligible entries received up to that date.
PRIZES:
- If at least fifty thousand (50,000) pixels are lit up by participants, five (5) winners will each receive one (1) OnePlus 12 phone.
- If at least one hundred thousand (100,000) pixels are lit up by participants, ten (10) winners will each receive one (1) OnePlus 12 phone.
- Each winner will receive one (1) coupon, valid for three months starting from the date of OnePlus 12 phone's open sale date.
- Each subscribed participant will receive a coupon code, which will be sent via email after the participant fills in their email address.
GENERAL PRIZE TERMS: The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the prize(s) is based on information available to the Sponsor. None of the Promotion Parties is responsible for, and a winner will not receive the difference (if any) between, the actual value of the prize(s) at the time of the award and the stated ARV in these Terms and Conditions. Prizes are subject to availability and Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in their sole discretion (which prize shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions). Prize details not specified herein will be determined by Sponsor in its discretion. Prizes are nonrefundable, not redeemable for cash, and not transferable, and no cash alternative is available. The prize is limited to that specified in the section titled “PRIZES” above, and all other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included in the prize and are solely the winner’s responsibility. Gift cards, gift certificates and tickets, including but not limited to any that may be awarded by Sponsor in the event of a substitute prize, are subject to the terms and conditions specified thereon or otherwise specified by the issuer thereof. If the winner is unable to, or elects not to, use any part of a prize, the winner will lose that part of the prize. Any and all taxes on a prize are the sole responsibility of such prize winner. The value of any prize awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law, and such winner must provide any additional information requested by Sponsor so that they can comply with applicable tax reporting obligations. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you waive the right to assert any and all claims arising from or related to costs of verification or redemption of or travel to claim a prize and any liability or publicity that might arise from claiming or seeking to claim a prize. The prize is valid for 1 year from the date stated in the winner notification. Additional restrictions may apply.

GENERAL: By entering this Giveaway, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Promotion Parties on all matters relating to the Giveaway, which are final and binding.
GRANT OF PUBLICITY: By accepting a prize, each winner agrees to, where legal, Promotion Parties’ use of his/her name, city and state of residence and/or likeness for advertising and publicity purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity without further compensation, permission or notification and, upon request, will provide consent to such use in writing.
