OnePlus Technology India Private Limited. (“OnePlus”) with its registered address at
UB City, 6th Floor, Concorde Block Tower C, 24, Vittal Mallya Road Bengaluru, Karnataka 560001.

RULES

1. This campaign is valid from December 1, 2023 at 17:30 IST through December 15, 2023 at 17:30 IST.
2. Each eligible participant can participate in the campaign by signing OnePlus Account or creating an account to participate in this activity.
3. Participants participate by uploading photos. After the photo is submitted and approved, all participants will receive RedCoins rewards and have a chance to win a OnePlus Pad.
4. After the participant submits their photo, it will automatically enter the review process, and it may be normally displayed on the page when it is approved, and the user can see it displayed.
5. If you upload pictures on the Platform, we will collect the pictures you upload to show them on the Platform.
6. All participants will receive a 10th Anniversary exclusive badge（non-physical）which will be displayed on the badge list. More badges can be obtained by linking devices and be claimed from the badge page. Claim more
7. Participants can create their own 10th Anniversary exclusive memory by selecting a badge from the badge list to wear on their uploaded photo.
8. Once the photo is officially approved, the 50 RedCoins will be automatically issued to your OnePlus Account. Failure to approve the photo will prevent the participant from receiving the RedCoins rewards and the chance to win the OnePlus Pad draw.
9. The 50 RedCoins reward is only valid for first-time participants, and participants who have participated in the event multiple times will only receive the 50 RedCoins reward once.
10. After the photo review is approved, participant's photo can be randomly selected to be displayed on the photo wall, which can be seen by everyone who enters the page.
11. The photo wall will be updated from time to time with randomly selected participants' photos, with a maximum of 50 displayed at the same time.

13. The OnePlus Pad prize will be awarded to one (1) winner out of all the participants randomly selected through the OnePlus Terrorities after the activity ends. Winners will be notified by e-mail within 7 working days after this activity ends at the e-mail address provided at the time of entry and a redeem code will be issued to your OnePlus account.
14. Prizes can only be redeemed on oneplus.com or via the OnePlus Store app. Prizes can only redeemed when online purchases and products are available via the winners' corresponding country during the campaign period.

Terms and Conditions

The campaign is valid from December 1, 2023 at 17:30 IST through December 15, 2023 at 17:30 IST, in the Indian region.

ELIGIBILITY:
You need to fulfill the following eligibility criteria to enter the Contest:
(a) You should be an individual and legal resident of the Republic of India;
(b) You have a billing address within the territory of India;
(d) You should have a valid Pan Card;
(e) Should have registered on oneplus.in;

DETAILS OF THE CAMPAIGN:
1. This campaign is named "OnePlus Badge"
2. Eligible users who meet above criteria can participate in the activity.
3. Each OnePlus RCC Account can participate and receive rewards.
4. The campaign will be hosted on oneplus.in and OnePlus Store App as per the timeline mentioned above i.e. December 1, 2023 at 17:30 IST through December 15, 2023 at 17:30 IST (inclusive) in the Indian region.
5. Winners will be notified by email.
6. By entering this campaign, you agree to us processing your email address and contacting you via email for the purpose of the campaign. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy at https://www.oneplus.com/legal/privacy-policy.
7. Participants who are selected but do not meet the eligibility criteria or comply with the rules will not be eligible for the prize.

AWARDS AND ALLOCATION:
4. Awards for all participants
a) Participants need to upload at least a photo and the photo must be approved successfully, all participants will receive RedCoins rewards and a 10th Anniversary exclusive badge(non-physical), and have a chance to win a OnePlus Pad (8GB+128GB).
The corresponding rewards and number of rewards are as follows:

b) The 10th Anniversary exclusive badge is a virtual reward and will be awarded to all participants. This badge is a time-limited badge for the 10th Anniversary Celebration, and the badge can not be claimed again after this activity is over (17:30 IST through December 15, 2023 at 17:30 IST). c) RedCoins will be valid for one year upon receipt which can be redeemed during product purchase or through RedCoins Center. For the use of RedCoins, the Terms of Use of RedCoins (https://www.oneplus.in/support/terms-and-conditions-of-redcoins) will apply.
d) The coupon may only be redeemed on oneplus.com or OnePlus Store app. The coupon is valid for 3 months upon receipt.

5. Awards for specific participants
a) ALL participants who upload at least a photo and the photo has been approved successfully will get a chance to win one (1) OnePlus Pad (8GB+128GB).
b) One (1) winner will be awarded one (1) OnePlus Pad (8GB+128GB) at random through OnePlus Terrorities. Winners will be notified by e-mail within 7 working days after this activity ends at the e-mail address provided at the time of entry and a redeem code will be issued to your OnePlus account. Winners can redeem one(1) free OnePlus Pad (8GB+128GB) through the redeem code on oneplus.com or OnePlus Store app where the online purchase is available in the corresponding country before stocks run out.
c) The selected participants will automatically lost their claim to the Awards if they do not meet the eligibility criteria or do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

ADDITIONAL TERMS
Every Prize will be awarded \"AS IS\" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). There are no cash or other prize alternatives available in whole or in part. However, in circumstances beyond our control, we may substitute a similar alternative prize of equal or greater value in our sole discretion. If the selected participant rejects the prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the selected participant's prize will be forfeited and OnePlus shall be entitled to select another selected participant.
We may, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and in our sole discretion, change the T&Cs or cancel the Contest at any time; or modify, terminate, or suspend the Contest should viruses, worms, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond our control corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the contest or submission of entries. We are not responsible for: (a) lost, misdirected, late, incomplete, or unintelligible entries or for inaccurate entry information, whether caused by you or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the contest, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries; (b) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the contest; (c) any error in the operation or transmission, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, or for technical, network, telephone, computer, hardware or software, malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive any entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website; or (d) injury or damage to your or any other computer or mobile resulting from downloading any materials in connection with the contest. We may, in our sole discretion, disqualify any individual found to be: (a) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the contest or website or mobile application; (b) acting in violation of these T&Cs; or (c) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. If your entry is incomplete or if you use robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods, your entry will be void. No benefits greater than those described these T&Cs will be awarded.

MISCELLANEOUS
The campaign is governed by the laws of the Republic of India. No requests for transfer or assignment or redemption of the benefits shall be entertained. You agree that all our decisions related to the contest are final and binding on you. Failure by OnePlus to enforce any of these T&Cs in any instance shall not be deemed to be a waiver of the T&Cs and shall not give rise to any claim by any person. The decision of OnePlus shall at all times be binding and final. These T&Cs are subject to Indian laws and the courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any disputes or any matter arising here from.

FORCE MAJEURE
This campaign is subject to force majeure circumstances including without limitation, floods, natural disasters, war, act of terror, political unrests, technical snags, act of God or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of OnePlus (\"Force Majeure Event\"). OnePlus shall be not liable for any delay or adverse effect caused to the participants in the campaign including the winners as a result of a Force Majeure Event.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS AND OTHERS
By participating in the campaign, you warrant that you are the rightful owner or have been duly licensed to use all the rights in the photo you uploaded, including but not limited to copyright, portrait right, etc. You warrant that your photo will not infringe any third party's right.

PUBLICITY RELEASE
By participating in the campaign, you give OnePlus and/or its affiliates permission to use your name, likeness, image, voice, and/or appearance as such may be embodied in any pictures, photos, video recordings, audiotapes, digital images, and the like, taken or made in relation to the campaign and any promotions, events, or contest to follow.
OnePlus shall use and take care of any personal information you supply to it as described in its privacy policy, a copy of which can be seen here https://www.oneplus.in/legal/privacy-policy that OnePlus and/ or its affiliates have the right to publish your saved item details for any communication, promotions, events, or contest that follow. You hereby grant OnePlus and/ or its affiliates, under exclusive basis, worldwide, perpetual, free of cost right to use the photos uploaded. These uses include, but are not limited to illustrations, bulletins, exhibitions, videotapes, reprints, reproductions, publications, advertisements, and any promotional or educational materials in any medium now known or later developed, including the internet. You hereby release OnePlus and/ or its affiliates and its agents and assigns from any and all claims which arise out of or are in any way connected with such use. You give your consent to OnePlus and/or its affiliates, agents and assigns to use your name and likeness to promote the contest and any promotions, events, or campaign to follow.

LIABILITY RELEASE
OnePlus accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the contest or accepting the prize. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude the liability of OnePlus for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence. Please read the terms and conditions mentioned carefully. Non reading or not knowing any of the clauses will not absolve of any liability incurred. In no event shall OnePlus, including its officers, directors, and employees, be liable to you, or any third party, for any special, indirect, consequential losses, including but not limited to, damages for loss of use, loss of time, inconvenience, commercial loss, lost profits, lost business opportunities.
