1. Campaign duration: May 30th – June 5th , 2024.
2. You need to fulfill the following eligibility criteria to enter the Campaign:
1) You should be an individual and legal resident of the Republic of India;
2) You have a billing address within the territory of India;
3) You should have a valid Pan Card;
4) Should have registered on oneplus.in;
5) Should have completed the “Notify Me” on the following page: https://www.oneplus.in/launch/12/White
3. Details of the OnePlus 12 Bonus Drop:
1) Every user has 1 chance to participate.
2) Participants need to click on "Notify Me" on the following page: https://www.oneplus.in/launch/12/White in India region, from May 30th – June 5th, 2024.
3) After completing “Notify Me”, the account will be automatically recognized as eligible for purchase the OnePlus 12 Bonus Drop at a price of Rs.99, and the Participants can purchase when OnePlus 12 Bonus Drop is available.
4) OnePlus 12 Bonus Drop limited 2000 and first come first served.
a. First batch: 1000pcs, release time: June 3rd 2024, 12pm IST.
b. Second batch: 1000pcs, release time: June 5th 2024, 12pm IST.

4. Additional terms
1) For the purpose of this campaign, we may process your account information (including phone number and email address), payment information. By entering this campaign, you are expressly consenting to the processing of your personal information and being contacted by OnePlus via email for the purpose of the campaign. 2) If any provision of these T&Cs is or becomes invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. An invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that is legally possible and comes as close as possible to the invalid provision in terms of content. The same applies to any loopholes.
3) OnePlus is entitled to exclude participants from this Campaign who violate these T&Cs, provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information, use unfair means, and/or try to manipulate the election result. In addition, participation in the Campaign via dubious, fake accounts is not permitted. If there is a reason for exclusion, OnePlus is entitled to withdraw the awards, reclaim the awards that have already been handed out, or demand compensation for the value.
4) OnePlus is entitled to early end or postpone the Campaign. This applies in particular to cases of force majeure and if proper execution of the Campaign cannot be guaranteed for technical and/or legal reasons. OnePlus reserves the right to vary the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign with reasonable justification.
