OnePlus Protection Package Terms and
Conditions
This contest is brought to you by OnePlus Technology India Private Limited. (“OnePlus”) with its registered address at UB City, 6th Floor, Concorde Block Tower C, 24, Vittal Mallya Road Bengaluru, Karnataka 560001.
1. Campaign duration: From March 11th
2. You need to fulfil the following eligibility criteria to enter the Campaign:
1) You should be an individual and legal resident of the Republic of India;
2) You have a billing address within the territory of India;
3) You should have a valid Pan Card;
4) Should have registered on oneplus.in;
3. Details of the OnePlus Protection Package:
1) Every user gets 2 chances to participate.
2) Purchase the OnePlus Protection Package at a price of Rs.269, and the Participants can only purchase when OnePlus Protection Package is available.
3) OnePlus Protection Package buyers can get below benefits:
a. When you place an order for a Nord CE4 from April 4th 2024 to May 4th 2024 and sign for the package, you will receive a coupon in your OnePlus Account for Nord CE4 1-year Screen Protection Plan.
b. Free Nord CE4 Case. When you place an order for a Nord CE4 from April 4th 2024 to May 4th 2024 you can use the free case gift code.
6) Coupon for Protection Plan and gift code for Nord CE4 case will be valid for 30 days from the day Nord CE4 open sale begins.
8) OnePlus Protection Package purchases are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled. Additionally, any benefits obtained through the Protection Package, such as coupons and gift codes, cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded at any time.
4. Additional terms
1. For this campaign, we may process your account information (including phone number and email address), and payment information. By entering this campaign, you are expressly consenting to the processing of your personal information and being contacted by OnePlus via email for communications related to the campaign. 2) If any provision of these T&Cs is or becomes invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. An invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that is legally possible and comes as close as possible to the invalid provision in terms of content. The same applies to any loopholes.
3) OnePlus is entitled to exclude participants from this Campaign who violate these T&Cs, provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information, use unfair means, and/or try to manipulate the election result. In addition, participation in the Campaign via dubious, fake accounts is not permitted. If there is a reason for exclusion, OnePlus is entitled to withdraw the awards, reclaim the awards that have already been handed out, or demand compensation for the value.
4) OnePlus is entitled to early end or postpone the Campaign. This applies in particular to cases of force majeure and if proper execution of the Campaign cannot be guaranteed for technical and/or legal reasons. OnePlus reserves the right to vary the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign with reasonable justification.

5) Exclusion of incidental, consequential and certain other damages: to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall OnePlus be liable for any special, incidental, punitive, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits or confidential or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, for loss of privacy, for failure to meet any duty including of good faith or of reasonable care, negligence, and any other pecuniary or other loss whatsoever) arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the OnePlus Protection Package, the provision of or failure to provide support or other services, or otherwise under or in connection with any provision of this t&c.
