4. One (1) winner will be chosen at random from all eligible participants when the contest period ends.
5. The prizes will be issued as Gift Coupons to winners’ OnePlus accounts directly after winners selected and can be seen in the ‘My Coupon’ section.
6. Winners will be notified via SMS, WhatsApp, or email, depending on the contact information provided during login (phone number or email).

Campaign Details:
1. Offer Description: Submit a non-functional phone at OnePlus stores in Bangalore and Hyderabad and receive an exchange value of INR 2000 when purchasing OnePlus Nord 4.
o Customers visiting during the retail pop-up period will receive a Tote bag and travel pouch, subject to availability (until stock lasts).
o Customers purchasing OnePlus Nord 4, with or without exchange, will receive a OnePlus backpack worth Rs 4999 at no extra cost, subject to availability (until stock lasts).

2. Dead Phone Exchange:
o The non-functional phone exchange offer is applicable only on purchases of OnePlus Nord 4.
o Once exchanged, the device cannot be returned.
3. Purchase Limitations:
o Each customer can purchase only one OnePlus Nord 4 device, either with or without exchange.
