Notice: Temporary Service Adjustments Due to System Upgrade

 

Dear OnePlus Customers,

At OnePlus, we are committed to continually enhancing your shopping experience and to achieve this, we are implementing a comprehensive system upgrade between Dec 29, 2024 to Jan 02, 2025. During this period, there are expected to be temporary adjustments to certain services. Please note the following:
- Order Dispatch Delays: Orders placed between 10:00 AM IST on December 29, 2024, and January 2, 2025, will be dispatched starting January 3, 2025.

- Refund Processing Delays: Refund requests received after 1:00 PM IST on December 30, 2024, will be processed starting January 3, 2025.

- Parcel Loss and Logistics Portal Suspension: The Self-Service portal for parcel loss and logistics complaints will be suspended from 12:00 AM IST on December 29, 2024, to January 2, 2025.

- OnePlus Offline Repair Service Suspension: including Repair Service, Protection Plan, Door-to-Door Service, Service Record, Service Centers, and Repair Pricing, will be suspended from 3:00 PM IST on December 30 to December 31, 2024, will resume at 08:00 AM IST on January 1, 2025.

We sincerely regret any inconvenience caused during this period. Rest assured, our services will be up and running again within the stipulated timeframe to ensure a seamless experience for our Community.
