1. OnePlus users who uses OnePlus 8 Pro/ OnePlus 8T/OnePlus 9 /OnePlus 9R/OnePlus 9 Pro/OnePlus 10 Pro/OnePlus 11 , you can enjoy free screen upgrades and cleaning services in OnePlus service center excluding device with dismantled parts, third-party repair, screen oxidation.
2.How to participate
Users who have received an upgrade invitation can make an appointment on this page:
Step 1. Confirm eligible device
Check if your model is included in the eligible device list (OnePlus 8 Pro/ OnePlus 8T/OnePlus 9 /OnePlus 9R/OnePlus 9 Pro/OnePlus 10 Pro/OnePlus 11);
Step 2. Steps to make an appointment
1) If your device is not linked to an OnePlus account, please enter your device's IMEI
2) Choose the service center and preferred time
3) Fill in the mobile phone number
4) Confirm the submission and receive a successful appointment confirmation
5) Visit the service center at the scheduled appointment time
Step 3. Professional inspect on service center
Visit the service center, where they will diagnose your device and guide you through the next steps.
After you arrive at the service center at the scheduled time, our service professionals will test the equipment for you. If you meet the activity conditions, you will be upgraded to a new mobile phone screen for free, and free cleaning and maintenance services will be provided. If your mobile phone does not meet the activity conditions, you can also enjoy free cleaning and maintenance services. Please feel free to visit us.
3. You need to sign the handover receipt and corresponding statement to grant authorization to obtain relevant information, otherwise OnePlus service center reserves the right to refuse to provide services.
Customers shall ensure the device data is fully backed up before repair. OnePlus official service center or authorized service center will not be responsible for the device data loss or damage.
4. Please bring the OnePlus device purchased through the official channel recognized by OnePlus, otherwise, the customer service center reserves the right to refuse to provide the service for a device that is not purchased through an official channel.
5. The followings are not covered by the activity:
a) Devices that are assembled with different parts.
b) Devices have been dismantled by privately or un-official repair centers before.
c) Devices that are with screen oxidation.
d) Severe damages caused by human factors.(The final result is subject to Engineer's inspection.)
6. Each eligible device can only participate once.
7. The final interpretation right of this activity belongs to OnePlus.
