In case you have been approached by individuals for retail partnerships, please do contacts on the above mentioned email address and contact no. for verification.

However, please note that apart from communication proof from the above mentioned OnePlus platforms and contact details, OnePlus will not be responsible for the solicitations made by the fraudsters impersonating us. 

OnePlus remains dedicated to giving its community and customers the best of brand experience. Our customers are our top priority, and we are seeking to legally resolve this matter. Necessary actions will be taken in the coming future to successfully address the same.
