Replacement
We provide Extended Replacement Policy for OnePlus Open premium users. Our return policy allows you to get a complete replacement of OnePlus Open within the 30 days if it is found to be functionally defective or is not as in accordance with specifications as advertised.
In such a case, please report the issue to us by contacting our support team https://www.oneplus.in/support/contact?from=foot or by directly visiting any of our service centers. As a part of our troubleshooting process, we might ask you to download certain diagnostic tools to detect the issue with the device and post validation of the complaint, we would initiate the replacement procedures.
Note: The followings are not covered by the OnePlus Service
1.1. Device models that are not covered by the OnePlus Premium Service according to the local policy (the place where the device is purchased).
1.2. Devices that are not sold through official channels.
1.3. Defects or damage resulting from accidents, neglect, misuse or abnormal use; abnormal conditions or improper storage; exposure to liquid, moisture, dampness, sand, or dirt; unusual physical, electrical or electromechanical stress.
1.4. Scratches, dents and cosmetic damage, unless caused by OnePlus.
1.5. Defects or damage resulting from excessive force or use of metallic objects on the touch screen.
1.6. Devices that have the serial number or the IMEI number removed, defaced, damaged, altered or made illegible.
1.7. Ordinary wear and tear.
1.8. Defects or damage resulting from the use of the Product in conjunction or connection with accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by OnePlus.
1.9. Any physical feature defects or damage resulting from improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, or adjustment not furnished or approved by OnePlus.
1.10. Defects or damage resulting from external causes such as collision with an object, fire, flooding, dirt, windstorm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuse, or improper use of any electrical source.
1.11. Defects or damage resulting from cellular signal reception or transmission, or viruses and other software problems introduced into the Product.
1.12. Products not purchased from OnePlus.in (we recommend you to contact the point of sale for support).
1.13. Repair conducted by un-official repair centers.
