Warranty Policy


We offer a limited warranty of one year that commences from the date of purchase for all the products purchased from us.
Covered in warranty: Manufacturing defects
Exclusions: Physical damages/software related issues
Any repair and replacement service covered by warranty, along with shipping and handling, will be free within the first one-year period. We offer pick-up and drop services even from the remote locations however, if the location is found to be non-serviceable by our courier partners, customers are requested to ship the product to any of our nearest service center attaching a copy of the purchase bill. Repair services will undergo the usual process and the product will be shipped back to the customer once the product is repaired.
OnePlus may use rebuilt, reconditioned, or new parts and components when repairing any product. Alternatively, we may replace the defective product entirely with a rebuilt, reconditioned, or a brand-new OnePlus device (exact model that was returned).

The limited warranty does not cover:
i. Defects or damage resulting from accidents, neglect, misuse, or abnormal use; abnormal conditions or improper storage; exposure to liquid, moisture, dampness, sand, or dirt; unusual physical, electrical, or electromechanical stress.
ii. Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage, unless caused by OnePlus.
iii. Defects or damage resulting from excessive force or use of metallic objects on the touch screen.
iv. Devices that have the serial number or the IMEI number removed, defaced, damaged, altered or made illegible.
v. Ordinary wear and tear.
vi. Defects or damage resulting from the use of the product in conjunction or connection with accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by OnePlus.
vii. Any physical feature defects or damage resulting from improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, or adjustment not furnished or approved by OnePlus.
viii. Defects or damage resulting from external causes such as collision with an object, fire, flooding, dirt, windstorm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuse, or improper use of any electrical source.
ix. Defects or damage resulting from cellular signal reception or transmission, or viruses and other software problems introduced into the product.
x. Products not purchased from oneplus.in (we recommend you contact the point of sale for support).
xi. Repairs conducted by unofficial repair centers.

How do I make a claim?
If you find an issue with your OnePlus device, please either reach out to our Support team and book a complaint or use the self-serve option on the website/app.

Step 1: Choose the ‘Book a Repair’ option on the app or ‘Request Repair’ on the website
Step 2: Select the item(s)
Step 3: Choose the warranty plan
Step 4: Attach invoice copy
Step 5: Follow the instructions carefully
Step 6: Select the pick-up/drop services of the product OR visit the service center
Step 7: Select or input an address.
Step 8: Choose the issue type
Step 9: Confirm the request

What is the TAT for a repair request of mobile device?
The repair services usually get completed within 7 to 10 working days for pick-up services whereas for direct walk-ins, the repair gets completed in 2 hours.

How to track the repair services?
For the request raised through OnePlus care app/website, you can track the status on the same portal. If raised through OnePlus call center/service center, you will receive the reference ID and message notifications with the progress of the request.

What is the warranty of OnePlus TV?
We offer one-year comprehensive warranty on OnePlus TV and two years warranty on the panel from the date of delivery.
