OnePlus 10T Launch Première FAQs (India)
1. What does the ticket include?
- A single-entry to The OnePlus 10T 5G Launch Première at Bengaluru International Exhibition Center (BIEC), Tumkur Road, Bengaluru on 3rd , August 2022.
- A hands-on experience with the newly launched OnePlus 10T 5G.
- Exclusive access to enjoy The OnePlus 10T 5G Première with OnePlus Community and getting OnePlus Merch.
- To-and-fro Transportation Services* (voluntary)
2. Where can I purchase the ticket?
- Official tickets sales to go-live on the www.oneplus.in website on 25th July
i. You will receive an invitation code post successful show of interest from 25th July to 26th July.
ii. You have to use this invitation code for buying The OnePlus 10T 5G Première Ticket on 27th July
iii. You can use the confirmation E-mail and QR Code to verify at the venue, after successful transaction.
3. If I fail to purchase a ticket, is there another way to get one?
- Not available, please follow OnePlus India Instagram, Twitter or Facebook handles for latest updates.
4. What’s the difference between RCC and general tickets?
- There would be Reserved Front Row seats for RCC Members
5. Why do I need to provide my contact number and e-mail ID?
- In order to send the e-ticket and verification QR-Code, an email address is necessary.
6. Does the event have an age limit?
- You must be over 8 years old to enter. If you are under the age of 13, you must be accompanied by an adult, who should also have another ticket.
7. Do I need to register on www.oneplus.in in order to buy the ticket?
- Yes, Phone/email registration is mandatory for purchasing of The OnePlus 10T Première ticket.
After purchasing
1. What if I do not receive the e-ticket via email?
- You may check your e-ticket in your registered e-mail account.
- If you do not receive any email of your ticket after 48 hours since you finish purchasing, please do contact our support team
2. May I get refund if necessary?
- Unfortunately, tickets are not refundable. If you really couldn’t make it, we encourage you may send the tickets to one of your friends or family.
Attending the event
1. I am driving to the event. Can I park at the venue?
- The venue does have parking facility, but OnePlus or BIEC (the venue) doesn’t take any responsibility of vehicle damage, or theft.
2. If I miss the check-in time, can I still join the event
- Once registration closes at 6.30 PM IST at BIEC, you will not be able to enter the venue. Let’s have your reminder alarm set now!
3. When can I claim the OnePlus Merch?
- OnePlus Merch to be collected after successful registration at the event.
4. Will I be able to leave and return to the event?
- The ticket would be expired after your ticket having checked. For security reasons, it’s not allowed to return the venue once leaving.
5. Will I be able to buy (new) OnePlus products at this event?
- Psst, we never know.
6. Will food and drinks be served at the event?
- Yes, we will serve light snacks free of charge for all the members.
7. Will there be a cloakroom?
- No, cloakroom is not available.
8. Can I film the event for my YouTube channel, or write about this for my blog?
- Sure! Please feel free to film and take photos of the event under the guidance of our staff.
9. Prohibited items:
- Alcoholic drinks, Narcotics and any other illegal items including Vapes are strictly prohibited.
- Pets or other animals
- Weapons of any kind
- Laser pointers, Drones or any strong flashlights are not allowed
