How to Redeem?
1. Click on 'Buy now' to purchase the voucher

2. The voucher will be automatically linked to your OnePlus account

3. Head to oneplus.in and login to your OnePlus account

4. Add any of the OnePlus devices to cart - OnePlus 8, 8 Pro, 8T & 7T Pro

5. For applying the voucher

Go to my account > Vouchers tab > select the voucher > click on 'Apply'

6. Verify the voucher on check-out page

3. How do I become Red Cable Club member?

OnePlus 6 users and onwards

Go to device settings and login to your OnePlus account to link your phone (ensure your device is updated to the latest Android version)

OnePlus 3/3T and OnePlus 5/5T users

Go to OnePlus community app and link your device under Red Cable Club section in Profile tab (ensure your app is updated to the latest Android).  

Note: One device can activate a Red Cable Club membership only once.

OnePlus Privé is an engagement platform to nurture, gratify and reward the loyal OnePlus community with exclusive perks and benefits.

5. How do I access Red Cable Privé?

It’s easy. Just open the Red Cable Club app on your device and enter the Red Cable Privé. 

6. What are RedCoins?

RedCoin is a measure of engagement currency that a user can accumulate through various engagement initiatives and use them on OnePlus Privé to access exclusive benefits. 

7. How do I get RedCoins?

You can get RedCoins through various activities on Red Cable Privé. Here are some examples:​

  • 1000 RedCoins on joining Red Cable Privé by agreeing to T&C​

  • 1000 RedCoins on profile completion ​

  • On purchase of any benefit/product via cash, you receive RedCoins equivalent to your cash spend​

  • Participating in certain activities on Red Cable Privé & Red Cable Club would also fetch you some RedCoins

8. Can I cancel my order? If yes, will my RedCoins & cash amount be returned after cancellation?

For physical goods, you can cancel the order within 30 minutes of placing it and Red Coins will be refunded to your account immediately, but it may take up to 3-5 working days to process the refund of cash amount.

For digital vouchers, the order cannot be cancelled, and the Red Coins cannot be refunded.

9. What is the validity of RedCoins?

RedCoins are valid for a year, and will expire after 12 months on the last day of the month of issue. For example, if the coins are issued on 1 Jan 2020, they will be valid until 31 Jan 2021 mid-night.

10. Can Red Coins be transferred or converted into cash?

No, Red Coins cannot be transferred to any other user and cannot be converted to cash.

11. Can I use RedCoins in OnePlus offline stores?

No, RedCoins cannot be used on OnePlus.in or offline stores at the moment.

12. What is the refund policy?
  • In the case of physical products under the category 'Privé Life', you can cancel the order within 30 minutes of placing it and RedCoins will be refunded to your account immediately, but it may take up to 3-5 working days to process the refund of cash amount.

  • In the case of digital vouchers under the category 'Privé Tokens', the order cannot be cancelled, and the RedCoins cannot be refunded.

  • In the case of gift cards in the category 'Privé Gift Cards', the order cannot be cancelled, and the RedCoins & cash amount cannot be refunded.
    • 13. I've registered on Red Cable Club via my contact number. I'm unable to register my email id during billing process. How do I proceed?

    Try to register with another email id which has not been registered under OnePlus account in the past.
