How to Redeem? 1. Click on 'Buy now' to purchase the voucher.

2. Go to 'My Orders' & check the voucher code.

3. Go to the payment section in the Uber app.

Tap 'Add Payment Method' -> select 'Gift Card' ->

Enter your gift code.

4. You can now see Uber credits added to your account.

5. Once a gift card is added to an Uber account, it can't be transferred.

6. Validity: 1 year from the date of issue.

Terms & Conditions:
1. This Gift Card, Issued by Qwikcilver Solutions Pvt Ltd and is useable at Uber.

2. You can't reload a gift card but you can add as many gift cards as you like with each upto a maximum of Rs 10,000.

3. Gift card can only be added through the Uber app; Gift cards are redeemable only on Uber app.

4. Gift cards are available within India in cities where Uber is available.

5. Uber Gift Cards can also be redeemed partially, as many times as the user wishes to until its balance is consumed or the Gift Card expires, whichever is earlier.

Some in-store and corporate offers may not be valid on this card.

6. Uber Gift Cards cannot be returned/refunded.

7. This Gift Card can be redeemed when setting up a new Uber account. Also redeemable on an existing account by applying the code noted on the card to that account.

8. The cardholder may request for the revalidation of the expired gift card. Upon receipt of such request the gift card may be revalidated after due verification and may be subject to additional terms and conditions.

8. Can I cancel my order? If yes, will my RedCoins & cash amount be returned after cancellation?

For physical goods, you can cancel the order within 30 minutes of placing it and Red Coins will be refunded to your account immediately, but it may take up to 3-5 working days to process the refund of cash amount.

For digital vouchers, the order cannot be cancelled, and the Red Coins cannot be refunded.

9. What is the validity of RedCoins?

RedCoins are valid for a year, and will expire after 12 months on the last day of the month of issue. For example, if the coins are issued on 1 Jan 2020, they will be valid until 31 Jan 2021 mid-night.

10. Can Red Coins be transferred or converted into cash?

No, Red Coins cannot be transferred to any other user and cannot be converted to cash.

11. Can I use RedCoins in OnePlus offline stores?

No, RedCoins cannot be used on OnePlus.in or offline stores at the moment.

12. Why is the rate of GST on the voucher I purchase is 0?

As per GST act,  vouchers/private tokens/gift cards etc. do not trigger GST liabilities at the time of issuing. We are issuing the 0 tax rate invoice as a certificate of purchase in Red Cable Privé. Final invoice with GST will be issued at the time when such voucher is redeemed in the according websites.

13. What is the refund policy?

 

 

  • In the case of physical products under the category 'Privé Life', you can cancel the order within 30 minutes of placing it and RedCoins will be refunded to your account. immediately, but it may take up to 3-5 working days to process the refund of cash amount.
